Brandon explained everything clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. I recommend IT experience your website, though. Even the email I received to submit this review didn't have an active link. On my first try, the website would not accept my phone number. My next login and attempt was accepted. Putting my payment in was another problem. (P.S. Submitting this eval is a pain too - I just want to press submit, but I have to choose FB, Google, Apple, and then add my password for what?) The website needs service! Brandon does not!

Brian and Jenny are both very responsive to messages. Brian seemed well acquainted with my lab work and well prepared for our meeting. He was friendly, positive, and encouraging. He also seemed knowledgeable and mature. I look forward to having another appointment with him.

The process was easy and Brian Mack gave me alot of info and explained everything.

I came to healthspan on a continuous bleed, executive function collapse and not sleeping but 3-4 hours a night. They switched me from what was working (Estrodial gel) to a cream. Once we did the switch, everything got considerably worse. I communicated to them and they (Kristin) recommended I see an another provider for the executive function collapse and not sleeping although that is exactly why I was going to them. Then when I was told by my primary not to start on the testosterone cream until my sleep and function was back to normal, Adam accused me of seeing another provider for hormone replacement. Even though with research this has been established for care. Testosterone treatment will make everything worse unless your other levels are stable and your symptoms have abated. They also charged me for labs that I could not get done as Labcorp is not in my state. Here is the problem. Women are nuanced. So if you want someone to treat you like you are cookie cutter, there are a lot of health care providers online (apparently like this one) that says they want to give you support but they do not. I do not recommend them. If you are struggling with symptoms of HRT these people are not the way to go.

I have been guided by Jim Lanzilott for a number of months. Jim is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I’m 66 with concerns about kidney health, prostate and want to continue riding my motorcycle till I’m 80+ if my body and mind hold up. Jim is working with me to attain my goals.

I had a consultation with a man I consider down to earth. Rich was extremely helpful and it’s a good motivator as well. My visit was pleasant. By the way, he recommended some changes a little ago and I am showing improvements on sleep apnea and training recovery. I used to be a sleep apnea patient but I stopped during Covid. Rich recommended other CPAP options and my doctor ended up ordering me a sleep apnea mouth guard and that made a complete change.

Kristen is a dedicated professional and an excellent health coach. Besides reviewing and explaining my labs, she provided a list of what I could do to further improve my health and numbers. She never rushes me, and is a good listener, as well.

I recently completed Healthspan’s comprehensive blood panel and had my follow-up consultation with Brandon Fell. He did an outstanding job explaining my results in a way that was clear, concise, and easy to understand. He took the time to discuss practical steps I can take to better manage my health and longevity

Jim always has a great idea for helping with my health journey. Today he gave me great advice about kidney health which is my current concern. It’s always valuable to meet with Jim.
