We had a slight problem the day before the deadline for transferring to our cash isa. I think it was our side not theirs. I contacted them in the morning and they sorted it all out by the afternoon. Very professional. And they followed up with emails checking everything was okay.

I was having issues with the security…
I was having issues with the security check. It took many attempts but all the way I had excellent support and encouragement from Usamah. Together we got there in the end and I was able to continue transferring funds again. I think there are probably more glitches to come but with the incredible support, I feel confident and will continue banking with Chip so long as the interest rates are good! Ut afterwards i wrote that i was still not satisfied and asked more a out the missing wntry where it changed from 484 to 483.
