Quick response from customer service
Needed to contact help desk, but no phone number, only an email, so didn't know what to expect with response times, but I got a helpful reply within half an hour from an actual person who sorted out what I needed straight away... from my experience, much better customer service than most banks

Chip is great have been using it for years to put the pennies away to make the pounds. Loads of ISA options and the prize draw also great customer service overall 9/10.
I did have one incident but it was quickly resolved

Been with Chip since the start. Love the auto saves the UI is almost perfect each time. Easy in, easy to use. Use it to save and change your life. Honestly just a perfect idea and execution to aid your saving. Communication with Chip is easy and quick and never feel like you have to wait. 10/10

Used the helpline on a couple of occasions, both times had a same day reply. Questions asked accurately and politely. Just recommended Chip to a friend of mine who’s deposited £120k, that’s how good they are!

Chip is an online banking app that I have been using for a year. Despite me being wary and prone to mistakes when doing financial transactions. I hsve found my experience with chip to be reassuringly effective, reasonably intuitive and response times from the support team have been rapid and the support team have a good attitude with payment difficulies resulting from my lack of familiarity with online processes of this nature. Chip offer a wide range of share bundles with silver and gold, which are relatively to buy and sell. Overall I recommend Chip, certainly for beginners in buying/ selling shares/ commodities wholeheartedly.

Best personal finance app for years
Been using Chip for years and genuinely cannot fault them. Their savings accounts and their investing plans are great. They have done a lot of work bringing in exciting prize opportunities over the years. The app has really evolved visually and functionally, which keeps things fresh. Their customer service is also top-notch. Even when I have to wait a few days to resolve an issue, they have always been very polite, helpful and kept me updated on the matter. Overall, Chip have stayed faithful to their users, working hard to give them as many benefits and rewards as possible – something that has kept me using it for so long.

I closed my Chip Account about 8 months ago but needed some support regarding interest accrued in 25/26. The support I got was both accurate and (very) prompt. Makes me feel I perhaps shouldn't have chased a few fractions of a percent more interest and stuck with excellent service. Thanks CHIP.
