Genshin Impact Klee Themed Backpack
Purchased the Genshin Impact Klee Backpack around a month ago. Placed the order on 19 March 2025, it was shipped via AusPost and was ready for collection on the 24th of March (WA).
Shipping was timely, no delays, and no issues with the item whatsoever. Will consider shopping with Genshin Whales again. Cheers.

Amazing customer support
Wonderful store, I recently made a purchase and one of the electrical items had an issue and they quickly responded to my email and sent a replacement which works like a charm. Their customer support was so polite, prompt and genuinely helpful. I absolutely recommend this store and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future. Thank you again for all your help :)
