I received my offical Honkai: Star rail Kafka display box in a well packaged parcel. Happy to be prepared for when I get my figure. I would recommend purchasing with them as they reply to your messages pretty fast. A happy customer.

Genshin Whales is always such a pleasure to buy from.
They're very quick on the ball with just about anything. They reply to queries and emails in about a day. If there's something out of stock, they refund or email you super quickly. The packing is always super secure and nothing I have ordered has arrived broken. Pre-orders often come early, and you receive tracking information near-on immediately.
I've been ordering with them for literal years to get official Genshin and HSR merch, and they're one of the best in Australia.

Package was sturdy and the items seemed to be well packed. But one of the set (Inazuma) was damaged in two of its corners and the cardboard was crushed there. Otherwise, the other stuff was in perfect condition. Delivery took a bit long but the shipping was immediate after the order. In the first end, the whole experience is fine.
