Client service inexistent. A scam.
I cancelled the free-trial at the third day and they have charged me 99€ for the annual plan. I try to contact them via email and whatsapp and I get no response.

SCAM
SCAM - they took money for full year and it is not possible to select subscriptions for shorter time. I cancelled my subscription after few weeks and asked for the refund as it was not what I was expecting. They have not replied to my email other than that the subscription is paid for the full year. So, it is a trap.

However, there’s no concrete evidence to support these assertions. Their LinkedIn presence is minimal, with only 26 followers, raising questions about the veracity of their user base claims.

This software is really poor
This software is really poor. In the world of AI, I can only justify they get sales based on people's hope that it is a great product. The designs are non-presentable and the content is not even good. It is beyond disappointing.

Not the right product
Not the right product, can take your own information and build a simple mapping around it. Can only create from scratch and its own gen OS.
Sent out an email as soon as i realised it wasnt fit for purpose, no refund given.

Hey there, I'm so sorry to hear that. We are constantly working on improving GenPPT, at the time when you tried GenPPT it was still in it's early days (3 months old). We have since created an entire editor with full editing capabilities to allow for full control over presentations.

We do not claim to be free anywhere on our website. When signing up it explicitly says to choose your plan ($9, $19 or other plan).
Could you point me to the website where you read about GenPPT being free? This would help us reach out to them and get that wrong information removed.
