Geeks on site-Terrible. Did more harm to my DTF Printer. They rescheduled three times. Messed up my program and printer and is worse off than before he came. As soon as Gabriel left I called and asked them to not charge my card because I am not paying. Then, they got a statement, and they charged me more. I am so mad. They refuse to give a refund and do not consider anything the client has to say about the experience and what actually happened. Akesia took the technician's word over what actually happened from me, the client. I am going to make sure I give bad review constantly for this company. But it looks by its reviews they are already destroying their reputation all on their own. They have BAD reviews. The president needs to pay attention on what is happening to his company!!!!

Highly Recommend
The techs and customer service phone representative are thorough, clear, helpful, efficient and accurate in all computer problems and resolutions.
They are able to find viruses, adware and any other issues that others have missed and address the issues quickly and resolve them to ensure the best possible, private computer experience possible.
I never feel unsafe using the computer when I have GOS helping me with security and safety.
I would highly recommend this organization to anybody in need of computer support.
