I order once and they refund me bc they couldn’t send to the country I was living at the time, now in Germany I have order 3 times and it has been very fast, I order a kuromi laptop bag, a pink case for my switch and a strap for my Apple Watch, I haven’t had an issue with the shipment or my items at all, I recommend 👌🏻

i ordered from geekshare (their switch 2 pompompurin carrying case) worried about the reviews here but not wanting to buy off amazon and took the chance. it was shipped rather quickly, and came fast as well. my tracking updated with no issues and i received my package without having to contact customer service much to my relief! i do feel like many of us review a service only when they do us dirty and not when they’ve done us right, i won’t say people giving a negative review are wrong, but i don’t think it’s the entirety of the geekshare experience either.

Customer Support is ridiculous and unprofessional. Ordered and waited over the delivery date just to be told to wait another 2 weeks because they have no stock. This should have been clear on the website and not after purchasing. Asked to cancel and refund my £50 order to only get a reply of "OK" and no refund. Not worth it

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Geekshare based on my experience.

After my order was returned to sender due to an outdated address, I contacted support to arrange redelivery at my expense. I was told the item had been destroyed and no refund or replacement would be offered.

While I acknowledge the address error, I expected a fair resolution. Being left with no product and no compensation is not acceptable.

I would advise others to be cautious when ordering.

Support never replied. I never got my item. Their tracking site is atrociously vague + only says to contact Geekshare if something went wrong. Eventually they said it delivered to my place but I'm still waiting and it has been over a month.

I bought a controller back in May. They sent the package, but it was returned to the sender. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. After 1.5 months, they asked if I wanted them to resend it. I replied, but I haven't heard back from them since. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this store—this level of service is unacceptable. I lost 50$.

I can't use PayPal because they only accept credit card. I need to add a credit card to my PayPal to be able to order. Very disappointed.

I've gotten stuff from geekshare before, they're good quality and cute. I also wanted to address the other review calling it a drop shipping company from China, short answer, it's not.

I usually order from their Amazon or Aliexpress storefront, which are both legit. They're a company from China but that doesn't mean they're drop shipping. There are plenty of legitimate companies on Aliexpress, that sell quality products, but you'll have to discern them from the ones that actually dropship and steal products. A big example of this is Popmart, who has an official storefront on Aliexpress. (Just in case someone doesn't know what Popmart is; Popmart is also a company from China that makes a lot of blind box figures amongst some other collectibles, but they have grown globally and even have physical stores in the U.S.) They have knock offs of Popmart figures on Aliexpress as well and the differences in the official ones and fake ones' quality are always very clear. Geekshare usually also has sales on their website and Aliexpress storefront. They also have official licensed goods with Sanrio and other brands as well, which adds to their legitimacy. I haven't dealt with a lost package from them and I'm not sure how Aliexpress or their own website would handle a lost package but just use their Amazon store front if you're worried. Also their products through Amazon are shipped from Amazon(as opposed to directly from Geekshare in China), so it'll ship faster through Amazon if you don't wanna wait.

TLDR:
legit, good quality, cute, official stores on Amazon and Aliexpress, sales on their site and Ali, Aliexpress has legit companies but you'll have to be able to discern them from the not so legit ones, Amazon fast shipping

This is a dropshipping company. They don't even bother to keep stock. The package comes straight up from China and they're not even trying to hide it lmao. You can find all their stuff on AliExpress for like 10$ max with the same shipping time so you're better off ordering from there.

The parcel was lost or stolen, it never arrived at my home and the seller refused to give me back my money. I've lost 15 euro. I don't recommend this seller AT ALL.

I ordered the blue cat paw switch chase from them and it arrived super fast! I like the quality eventhough you need to stretch the card holders a little bit to make them fit properly - but overall I'm really happy with it!
