This means that they’re the only company whose car parks are located onsite, which, in turn, means that you can park closer to the terminals than you can with any other provider. Efficient service
Efficient service. Bit of a way from terminal to car parks but bumpy articulated buses frequent. Try to remember very precisely where you left your car. I had noted the stop number, alphabetical area and row numbers and still struggled to find in the dark. Car lights that flash in response to key fob very helpful.

Easy to park
Easy to park, though difficult in the early hours of the morning because of the lack of daylight, but would certainly park onsite at Gatwick Airport again. It is a very good experience.

Avoid Gatwick Parking
Avoid Gatwick Parking — you can still be ripped off even when the delay is completely outside your control.
I was hit with a £60 “overstay” charge because my flight’s baggage reclaim took so long that I could not get back to my car before my booked exit time. We did not stop for food, shopping, or anything else; we went straight to the car park and left as soon as we had our luggage.
Despite this, Gatwick Parking applied the full charge with no apparent allowance for delays caused by the airport’s own baggage handling. Getting through to customer service by phone was also extremely difficult, even though their email says the charge may be reduced if you contact them within 48 hours.
Parking at Gatwick is already expensive. Penalising customers for circumstances they cannot control feels unfair and leaves a very bad impression. I would strongly advise anyone using Gatwick Parking to be cautious: even if you do the right thing, you may still face an expensive overstay charge with little goodwill shown.

I'm sorry to hear you’ve been charged an overstay fee recently when using our car parks.
Our aim is for customers to benefit from our competitively priced car park options which can be pre-booked online, allowing those who pre-book parking with us to save money and avoid paying any higher costs at our car parks. When a customer overstays the pre booked time and the 3 hour grace period provided to allow for any airport delays then an overstay fee would be charged upon exit.

Horrible experience Dropoff is a…
Horrible experience Dropoff is a nightmare. Dropped off in the long stay carpark as advised but on exit got stuck in the drop off lane. Charged the drop-off fee even though I didn't drop-off. Tried to contact parking and arrange but just got ignored. Daylight robbery. Avoid if you can.

Taking your life in your hands
Transport to the terminal totally overloaded too many people with luggage if we had an accident it would have been total carnage they know when the busy periods are but they don't seem to wanna lay on extra buses rather than cram us on like sheep, families with young children crammed on over crowded buses seriously and they call this service, and why I'm on the subject the service road to the car park are more like an off-road experience potholes and poorly maintained road surfaces

Premier Short Stay Parking ...
Premiere Short Stay Parking.... Expensive BUT well worth it. Very large spaces, has its own barrier to enter and exit and then a couple of minutes walk to Departures !!! I've used it a few times now and will continue to use it. My only feedback is that once you are in the multi storey car park, the signs to the Premier Parking are far too small and hidden.

No damage to vehicles or rude drivers like otherwise experienced with the `meet and greet’ system, which has an irresponsible reputation with poor car care, irresponsible drivers and no reimbursement for damages.
Will be using this again definitely.

I found the booking the parking very easy.
The problem I had was when I went through the barriers, this was at night I become very confused of where to go, l first ended up in the staffs car park after driving around I eventually found where to go. May I suggest more lighting and better signage especially at night.

Information for parking at London Gatwick
Information for parking at London Gatwick was good. There was a problem whereby we were waiting at the bus stop and fortunately the driver stopped to tell us that buses do not service this stop and we had to go to a different parking location and bus stop number. There was another couple at the stop and they were not given these instructions either. Apart from this small glitch everything else was very smooth.
