This means that they’re the only company whose car parks are located onsite, which, in turn, means that you can park closer to the terminals than you can with any other provider. A good experience
Whilst we had a little difficulty finding a parking bay initially we did in fact locate a spot which was very close exit point to the terminal. Direction signs within the car park could be improved enormously, they were not clear or particularly visible. Despite these issues our experience overall was very good. The walk to the terminal was very manageable even with suitcases and this made for easy transitions both ends of our holiday. Price could be a little more competitive but I can’t fault the travel information and directions supplied which were exceptionally useful and easy to follow.

We have used Gatwick Parking and in particular valet parking for a number of years and the service has always been very good. The staff are very polite and helpful and communication before arrival excellent. The only comment I have is that perhaps there could be a loyalty programme whereby regular customers enjoy a reduction on the parking charge rather than pay the same as a first time user.

Great service if you can afford it
Great service if you can afford it - however, what I don’t expect is my driving setup to be changed when I pick up my car, especially “if the car is being moved within the car park building - from floor to floor”.

Very good but when collecting the car…
Very good but when collecting the car upon our return we found the car was parked on the wrong floor of the designated spaces. Not a major issue but given that I am a registered disabled driver this is something to wary of.

I upgraded to valet parking via an…
I upgraded to valet parking via an email from them, seemed a good deal so thought I’d try it for future bookings, I usually use the onsite long stay Gatwick parking (not 3rd party). Arrival instructions weren’t that clear to be really honest, car park entrance and turns are extremely tight which mean, if u get the turn a bit wrong, your wheels are going to get scraped! When we found the right floor/section, the girl that greeted us didn’t seem to care, it was pretty impersonal and at no stage did anyone look over the car, so assumed it was automated… no record of the cars’ condition was ever sent though.
Return was quick and straightforward,
The guy on the desk seemed a bit strange though and kept staring at me, a little unnerving…. Got into my car to find, the seat moved a lot (luckily it has memory seats), the rear view moved, the climate settings changed, the steering wheel position moved and the radio station changed to something I would never listen to. Does all this need changing to just park? It feels like it may have been driven a bit. I wish I’d taken photos of mileage etc! Exactly why I don’t like handing my keys over… trust gone! Won’t use this service again….

I was at first sceptical about leaving…
I was at first sceptical about leaving my keys with Gatwick Airport parking, I need not have worried.my car stayed on site the whole time I was away, My flight was delayed by one day, upon return my car was waiting for me outside, The staff were most courteous and efficient. I would have given 5 stars, but on arrival the signage for the midstay directions wasn't clear. It either needs cleaning or making the signage lighter (could hardly see it in the dark)

Booked valet parking, so easy and quick and upon return car was waiting so no delays. We thought we had lost our ticket, (we actually didn't), but the staff in the pickup office were friendly and reassuring that it was not a problem. Would definitely use this again. So convenient.

We couldn't get out of the car park, they tried to charge us an extra £138, we had to call for assistance, this has happened at least twice now. Fortunately we didn't have to pay anymore than we already had. Someone not so savvy may have just paid!

Price was reasonable
Price was reasonable. Direction to actual parking bay helpful. Website said to use ticket issued at entry barrier when leaving. I never got such a ticket so when exiting I was concerned what would happen and it was only then saw a sign saying if I had pre-booked exiting would be automatic. I had been unable to establish this from your website before travelling.

I was recommended to use the onsite parking facility by a friend, and very pleased I took their advice.
