I only received one part of my order and I am Still waiting on my zelda hoodie that I had ordered with my order and was promised next day uk delivery and I had to wait ages and nearly never got it for Christmas

I ordered something on December 8 and it was awaiting shipment for over 2 weeks. I emailed them on a Wednesday and it told me no one was going to be in the office until Monday because they were all supposedly in a warehouse getting stuff sent out for Christmas. It said they would get back to me then and they never did. I read other reviews that said how awful this site was after my purchase and went ahead and refuted the purchase with my bank. Don't recommend this site at all. Very disappointed because I was excited about the item. It's just a scam

been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and have not recived my order yet. I have had no response to my phone calls and emails i have sent them. DON'T ORDER FROM GAMER HAVEN

I ordered an Assassins Creed bust on the 21st December because it said on their website that they had it for shipping. On the 22th December they changed the order to awaiting shipment. I sent them a message on Facebook to ask if it would arrive before the 15th January, they saw it and I'm still waiting for an answer.

I have not received the package after 1 month.

Extremely satisfied with this t-shirt, perfect fit, and the service was outstanding, will definitely purchase from gamer-heaven again.......

I ordered a sweater for my boyfriend in the beginning of October. I have not received anything letting me know I'm still going to be receiving this sweater. I cannot go onto the website to check order status because my phone says the website is an "at risk site"... I'd like to know if this sweater is going to be coming in the mail anytime soon or if 80+ dollars was wasted on nothing. Very unimpressed.

The hoodie material was of very good quality and the logo on the back was printed very well. The order was dispatched in good time. One of the best companies I have bought from.

This company in my opinion is simply fraudulent. I hope the law catches up with the directors. Hundreds of people have not received their items and in my opinion this company is a total and utter sham.

The product was fantastic and the level of customer service from Marc , was so exceptional !!! I would recommend gamer heaven to all.the best service out of all the on line companies I ordered my Christmas presents from. Keep up the good work !!

My order has been stuck in "Awaiting Shipment" for weeks now.
I have emailed them several times with no answer. This was supposed to be for Christmas.....

On the 8th October this year I ordered a full set of Funko Pop Vinyls for the Fallout 4 series, and since I have been in contact via Facebook, in which I was assured my order would be shipped the next week. Yet here I am on the 27th or December, it's been a month since I sent that message and I still haven't had any ability to receive a refund.

They currently have my £100 (plus £3 for tracked delivery) and they are not doing anything about it. No communication, no refund, nothing.

I ordered two items from you well inside the Christmas delivery dates specified and did not receive them. There was no correspondence to say why they were delayed, and when I used one of the specified best methods of communication (Facebook message), did not receive any response. As such, I had no Christmas present to give, which was a huge disappointment. Sadly, not a satisfied customer.

Money paid , no delivery, reported to the police !!!!

Love the products and selections. Customer service is great with quick response time but the response is a generic pre-written message. I was wanting information on my specific order since it hasn't shipped for 2 weeks and my automatic service message just told me to check available stock which says my product has been in stock for 4 weeks and "shipping out daily", but my order hasn't moved. And customer service won't check on my specific order just keeps sending me the same generic message.

I ordered an item from this store over a month ago. I was told that my payment was accepted and I would be notified once my order status changed. I have attempted to contact gamer-heaven through their website, standard email, and over Facebook. I have received no response to any of my messages. I am furious. You took my money. I want it back. Awful company with UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered an item "in stock" as a Christmas Gift on December 8th. A couple days later I got an email of "status update" saying "awaiting shipment". I sent an email asking the situation with no response. Here it is December 26th, missing Christmas, and the status says still awaiting shipment. Will never order from them again!

Such an unprofessional experience, item ordered at the end of November as a Christmas gift, still yet to receive it.
Contacted the company via all possible points of contact, phone, email, social media...not once did I get a reply...
Extremely unprofessional, only wished I had read the reviews first.

No response to when my order awaiting shipment is going to arrive in the United States...!..I can't imagine how many people you've upset this holiday season because you weren't able to deliver the goods you sell at a reasonable time..! I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR..pure and simple..?!.
