when will the maintenance be over i need to order few things

Took my money and ran. Still have not received my order and they have closed shop. Hope ya choke on it you bloody Imperials.

Ordered a hoody. Arrived 3 months late after an ongoing email battle. When it did finally arrive it was missing the embroidery i had paid to have added. Wont respond to any more emails, or refund or anything. Biggest scam ever.

If I could do zero I would. Ordered a Destiny hoodie a couple years ago when the game was relevant. Had it customized with my gamer tag and everything. I never got it and was out $80. Their customer support has been uncooperative as well. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, so many people have not received what they bought!

I never recieved my £32.98 fallout 4 mystery box purchase and nor did I recieve my refund, completely unacceptable!

I ordered 2 Star Wars Christmas Jumpers last November (11/05/2015) and never received one of them. I did get one of my jumpers before Christmas, but the other Jumper wasn't with it. It is now Septemer of 2016 and I have still not received my other Jumper. It would be nice to have at least gotten an email saying we can't send it until we restock or anything informing me about my order. But I haven't heard anything nor have I seen my Vader Christmas Jumper. I'd really appreciate anything updating me about my order, I would love to have that Jumper.

Pre-ordered the limited edition Zelda sweater back in January. I got an email saying stock should arrive in May and they'll start shipping. It's August and I still haven't received my sweater. I' emailed the airwave company and they replied and asked for my order number. I gave it to them. Two weeks later they don't respond. I sent them another today. I'm very disappointed and I feel ripped off, and also just noticed this website here and I wish I had seen reviews before buying anything from them. No other website I've shopped at does this.
There goes $60 down the damn drain. The least they could do is have an active staff- or at the very least, ship what I paid for!

They gave me a $50 code as compensation for items I bought and never showed up. I bought a hoodie and a hat as they were both essentially free as the total was less than $50. Only the hoodie showed up. Still no word on the hat other than that there was a "stock error".

I ordered a Fallout 4 Premium Vault Survivor Hoodie in September 2015, which came with a 'free Fallout mug'. The mug arrived, but I am still waiting for the hoodie, and it's now July 2016. Disgusting service, clearly just a scam. Wish I'd read up on them before ordering, but had no reason to be suspicious

Do not order from these scam artists! Ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend about a year ago...needless to say it was never received. Emailed and messaged them on facebook multiple times to no avail.

placed an order march 17th for the pokemon mystery box which was "limited edition and once stock is up it's gone" however this was not the case as it was meant to be sent within a week which it was not, i emailed asking about the product to be told "we didn't have enough stock to fill the order" which contradicts the "once gone it's gone" motif they advertised.
however i was told they'll send it out by the end of the week!! this never happened and all the while the product stayed up for sale on their site! suggesting it was not in limited edition at all! a month later i am told again it'll be sent by the end of the week, and once again nothing!! after waiting another month asking for an update (expecting another lie) i was ignored, so i emailed asking for a refund and was again ignored.

the product has never come, and there has been no communication and no customer support!! the only emails sent from them were about deals and price cuts!! which i feel is an insult to be sending if you can't reply to your customers!

it's a shame because a product i brought from their sister site, came very quick and had nice items!!

I ordered a hoodie from this site in August 2015 and have still no received said hoodie, and I can't et a refund because their customer service doesn't exist

Placed an order on 18 April, heard nothing since my order confirmation email. Emailed a few weeks ago to chase up and was told they were awaiting stock due in a few days.
Emailed again last weekend to complain, and have heard nothing back. Am now disputing transaction through Paypal to try and get my money back.
This is not a company, this is a scam. Appalling service.

Terrible experience. I placed $150 order with them over 6 months ago and I'm still trying to get someone to answer an email or call. Please don't do business with them!

DO NOT order at this shop. They never replied to my emails, they never dispatch my order. The only thing they can do is receive my money. But I got it back from my bank. NEVER AGAIN! Worst shop ever. Don't trust the really cool items and nice prices.

Placed an order on the 25th of March and am still waiting they will keep telling you that there going to send it with extra goodies to make up for it, which unfortunately keeps you hooked on. Absolute joke of a company which clearly doesn't care about its customers! Stay well away!

My boyfriend previously purchased the Pokemon mystery box for me as a gift, however with the company undergoing new suppliers and the large demand, three months later it still hasn't arrived.
Using one of the codes supplied to compensate for the delays, the items I ordered (two days after the purchase) were suddenly out of stock. Though the customer service team were helpful, I wouldn't advise shopping here if you have a certain deadline you need your purchase for.
