I placed an order on 04 Sep 15, and money was taken from my account almost instantaneously. I received an email very soon after stating that my order was 'Awaiting Shipment'. I chased up said order in December, as I had forgotten about it as I knew that the wait time could be a while. Got an auto response basically saying they were busy and may take longer to get back to me. I have tried again, and tried to comment on their Facebook page, although they appear to have turned off comments (I wonder why). Do NOT buy from these people. They seem to have gotten worse since the last lot of reviews my husband and I read (long delay of ~ 2 months in shipping, but people seemed to be getting their items eventually). I just want my refund, which I asked for in December and again now. Not holding my breath. BUYER BEWARE

Do not reply to emails about the goods not shipping on time or at all. Very unprofessional. Email automatic replies out of date. Phones not answered. Am unable to recommend

Take your money and then no goods arrive.. No answer to emails or messages on their site. They need to be shut down, this was supposed to be here for christmas and yet not heard anything since they took my money... Seems everyone else is having the same problem!

I am in the United States and ordered a hoodie for Christmas that never came and have already emailed about refunding my money! I no longer want the hoodie and want a refund!

Absolutely awful company, they don't keep their customers updated, it's impossible to get through on the phone and when you do the attitude is abysmal.

Its been 3 months as of writing this. I keep emailing them requesting and update or refund but they haven't responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT iS A SCAM!

I am extremely unhappy with this company, I ordered a hoodie for my son for his birthday in September 2015!! we knew it was a pre-order and the top was not due in until October 2015 when checking my account it said "awaiting shipment" in October and November! I called the company and did manage to speak to someone (in November) and I was told that the hoodie was due in the warehouse within the week!! so therefore we should receive it shortly after... Well by December we still did not have it!! so I checked my account again and it was still showing "awaiting shipment" so I tried to call but this time was unable to speak to anyone but was able to leave a message so I left a message with all my details and contact number for someone to get back to me.... NOTHING!! I have since rang a further two times again leaving a message BUT STILL NOTHING... not even a email to apologise. it is now January 2016!!!! and we still have no hoodie = no birthday present for my son = £36 out of pocket... I will be ringing again in the morning and wont stop until we either have the hoodie or my money back...
It was my son who saw this advertise in a gaming magazine I will now think twice before ordering from any magazine I would rather travel and buy from a shop...

I placed an order in early November. I understand that these things take time but aside from it being two months ago, I haven't received a single reply from any of the four emails I've sent them over the course of the two months with the exception of automated reply stating someone will contact me soon, which has yet to happen. Even if the package was lost, a response from customer service would be nice. Unacceptable.

I attempted to order a Fallout 4 mystery box from Gamer-heaven.net in November. They charged me immediately, but up and until now they haven't delivered the package, nor responded to multiple attempts at communication including Facebook messages (as recommended) & their email address. Horrible, bad, vile, deceitful, dishonest, untruthfil, mendacious, false, duplicitous, and crooked.

have been waiting for 4 months for a hoodie I ordered in September. I have not received an email that it has even been shipped yet, I will never order from this sight ever again, very disappointed. Renee

I bought a jacket on November 17th that was meant to be sent between 4-6 weeks. They never answered my emails and I did not received the product.

A SCAM company.

No reply to emails, Facebook messages and phone number never answered.

I want my money back. End of.

I am still waiting for goods paid for at the beginning of December. This company is quick enough to take your money but will not answer the phone or reply to email messages to give you the money back or explain why I haven't received what I have paid for.

I never received the jacket I ordered in October. My credit card was billed, however. The company has had no contact with me which is upsetting

Absolutely disgusted with this "company". Ordered a xmas jumper back in November- never arrived and no refund either! Am in process of going through VISA disputes to get my money back. Thieveing gits!!!!!

Order placed 5th December and money taken. No contact on likely delivery date.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and nobody is responding to my messages.

I ordered an item on November 6, 2015 and I did not received yet. I sent them miscellaneous items before I got an answer. They told me that the item was shipped on December 23, 2015. I still did not received it yet.

I ordered a Christmas jumper as a gift way back in October. Granted the page did say it was a pre order so I anticipated a wait. I received a notification that it had been shipped on December 3rd and as of today (4th January) still nothing.

I requested an update through their customer service email on Monday 14th Dec that was met with an auto response dated Friday 11th saying everybody was helping out in the Warehouse this week and wont be processing messages until Monday 14th (the day I was emailing)
Tried on Wednesday 16th to give them a few days and was met with the same message, still with last Friday's date on it

Now far too late to give as a gift I again tried to contact them today (4th Jan) and was met with a message saying that their offices were closed for Christmas, try sending again on.... the 4th JAN!!!!

I have absolutely no confidence in this company and recommend everybody avoid

Item ordered for Christmas still have not turned up -

Order went in well in advance of the sites 'order to receive by Christmas' date. But they still have 'awaiting shipment' in the order process - it is not January 4th.

When, with Christmas approaching, I emailed to check if my order would get to me in time ( so I could make other Christmas arrangements if it didn't), I received an automated-looking response which did not address the issue - it simply pointed me towards their stock list.

All I can say is - I am glad the failure of this company to provide, did not spoil Christmas for my kids - as it well could have.
