Purchased their darth maul/ventress saberstaff, it was my first order with galaxy sabers and I wasn't disappointed at all,the saber looks awesome especially on the display stand which was provided free of charge,you will have hours of fun with this saber!

Absolutely love it, its sturdy without being too heavy. Takes a bit to get used to all the commands. My nephew is really going to love it.

The lightsaber is fantastic and the neopixel version makes it feel ultra realistic due to how bright and smooth the lights move. The movement based sound is the cherry on top. Absolutely love it.

Only suprise I had was having to wait for something I ordered from a UK based company for almost 3 weeks to arrive from China. However the tracking function through fed ex was great and kept me in the loop.

Galaxy Sabers is a reseller and not the producer of the light sabers. Galaxy Sabers appears to be pretty good. So my feedback is mainly regarding the product itself.

+ the hilt and blade are of good quality and nicely manufactored
+ a stand and a plug to protect the electronic are also in the package
+ many light and sound effects

- manual is very small printed and sometimes with color blue on black, which makes it even harder to read
- manual covers different light sabers and it is not clear from the start, which part covers mine
- I am not 100% sure, if the manual is correct with its descriptions. I had to spend a lot of time with trial and error to figure stuff out on my own
- light saber is pretty expensive

Really cool light sabre shame it didn’t work out of the box.
The light sabre looks really movie accurate. The handle is made from metal and has been sanded down to perfection. Comes with a nice little display stand which is a nice touch. My only problem with it was that it didn’t work out of the box. Luckily it was a simple solution with they sent me a video explaining how to do it. Job well done would definitely buy of them again

The lightsabers are top-notch quality, the company itself has ridiculously amazing customer service which cater to any problems you may have had.
They were so, so helpful especially when we had trouble with the Irish postal system, so many emails which were very helpful.
The junkyard lightsabers are also amazing and are advertised as worn, but the one I purchased was good as new.

Love the products, Picked up the Boone Kestis lightsaber and it is a thing of beauty. The packaging has improved a lot from earlier (and cheaper!) purchases and it was great to have everything in the one box. The saber itself is really sturdy and beautifully made. Gorgeous to look at as an object and then when you activate it and the blade lights up… well there aren’t really the words for it. Absolutely love it. The website remains pretty useless and is hard to navigate and really not that useful. Had to listen to the video several times to work out what the app name is for the neopixel board and it really doesn’t do justice to the blade activation and deactivation. The site is a bit better on phone than desktop but still not great.

The saber took a while to come and there were some problems with delivery, so I was upgraded to a Luke ep6 saber for the same price as the original saber I wanted and I couldn't be happier the customer service was amazing and answered any questions I had. If you are going to buy a saber galaxy sabers is a 10/10.

I purchased the Luke SkyWalker EP6, Baselit 36” for my sons birthday, I messaged Galaxy Sabers about my concerns after being ripped off before and got a message back with in hours personally reassuring me and I couldn’t believe it when in arrived! To say I was gutted is an understatement! That is…. I purchased this for my son and NOT me!!! It’s awesome! Looks and feels like (I can only imagine) what a real one should do!! And it arrived ahead of his birthday as promised! If I could give higher than 5* then I would! Can’t fault anything (except I didn’t get one too, but I will!!) thank you!!

I bought the mystic lightsaber and am really impressed with it. The sound effects are amazing and the colours are vibrant with a good selection to pick from. It was easy to set up and use, i would highly recommend.
