Well after i sent the 1st lightsaber back to them.Due to it having issues.I decided to go for another saber.But because of the Chinese new year i had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive.And when it did i wasnt impressed.The box it came in is covered in all the shipping stickers.So if i wanted to sell it on at any time i cant because the box looks rubbish.Plus theres no stand should i wanna mount the hilt anywhere.I didnt even get any apology or anything due to the crazy waiting time.And the incorrect delivery details i was given.

I have not been able to get the saber to work. I’m in a lightsaber group on Facebook and some of the guys think I have the wrong chassis for my saber because it doesn’t fit correctly. It wobbles. I’ve put it on charge for a minimum of 4 hours and still have no power. I payed over 300 for just a non working hilt is what it seems like.

Delivery guys (not associated) utter pants… left new saber outside in the rain and didn’t even knock. If it hadn’t have been for GS email saying it had arrived I’d not even have thought to look.

Contacted them about my delivery got back to me to tell.me that it'll be delivered next day and was delivered as said. The products are premium quality and would big time recommend. I did just recently buy a mystery box, can't wait.

What an excellent experience I had with Galaxy Sabers. After many months of research reading reviews from many sites, watching youtube demos and over sea reviews from customers world wide I decides Galaxy Sabers were the right choice when buying my first lightsaber. Shay was extremely helpful answering all questions even before buying....so no pressure there. No fault of Galaxy Sabers, but my parcel (as did many), got stuck for a week at FedEx in Germany. Shay did everything he could to get it released and reassured me of its arrival, and it did all be it a week later. The Hilt of this saber is fantastic. The weight, feel and finish of it tells you how good the quality of it is. After inserting the blade I was amazed how bright it was (see video clip in reviews I added on Galaxy Sabers site.) The sound is very clear. The controls are a bit sensitive, so trying to skip through the different colours and sounds can be a bit frustrating. I found the app 'ForcePark' works really well when using bluetooth. This allows you to manually pick what you want instead of scrolling through everything. Not much more to say really. Great service, great lightsaber, great experience.

Good first: The Sabers have a really good feel and fell high quality. Haven't used them regularly yet, but until now, no Problems.
Bad: I ordered 2 blades, and asked in a mail if I could get a golden and black hilt. Was confirmed.
Then I was told, the golden is out of stock (which was ok for me) and was offere a grey and balck one instead. When they arrived it was two black ones. I hope Galaxy Sabers gets in contact with me, if we can do something about it.
And to choose FedEx as a delivery service is a mistake. I live in vienna, and the sabres come from China. the sent me a phone message (SMS) to my phone w/o any tracking number or where it is from, so I didnt cklick on the included link cause it looked like a phising msg.
Contacted Galaxy Sabers and I finally found out that it's stuck in customs and FedEx needed bill and order confirmation from me. If I wouldnt havve done anything it would still bein customs.

Product came withing the time that was asked, product is great, good quality and real fun.

I ordered from junk yard, but they look and work just as new.

The website is a little “clunky” but overall very happy with the product and the company.
There was a wait time of a couple of weeks to receive the item ordered but I was expecting this and wasn’t an issue. Overall very happy.
