The road to delivery was shorter than expected

Im very happy with my saber , the customer service was great as soon as i reached out to them about it not being delivered they quickly rectified the problem and got it delivered next day.

The product is great, bright, loud and quality material.
The shipping was late, however it was the fault of FedEx.

When my son’s saber wasn’t working they were so prompt to help. These guys really know their products. With simple instructions it was sorted and now he knows to keep it charged regularly. My son loves the saber he chose and uses it all the time. Best Christmas present ever. Never seen him so happy. Recommend without hesitation!

Avoid! Spending over £250 on something unusual is a waste of money, if you can't return it.

Really great product with lots of settings for sounds and various colour light flashes. It arrived in good time . Had to speak to customer services about delivery and they were fast replying and sorted my issue effectively and easily. Would recommend.

So this is my first order with Galaxy Sabers and it went exactly how they said it would. I placed my order on the 18th July and received it Today the 31st of July. When ordering the tell you it will take 7-12 working days mine came on the 10th working day but it was 2 weeks in reality. Also a day after i ordered my saber the website went down and i thought i was scammed but i emailed them and they responded within 24 hours updating me with their issue with the website. I ordered the Black Storm Saber and it's beautiful really heavy and prenium feeling. My only downside to it is the speaker it's not the loudest. Overall would i order again with Galacy Sabers ..Yes i would.

Pretty sure I have been scammed. Made my order and have tried getting back onto the website and it no longer exists.

This is the second lightsaber I've bought from this site, and I'm just as satisfied as with the first one; very much! The hilt is really aesthetic, the sounds are good. Delivery by FedEx without any issues, in short, perfect!

Great quality no hassle delivery to the UK.

The product that could use some work. The instructions for the sabers aren’t crystal clear and the button is temperamental. The gesture controls are very difficult to operate. You almost have to be aggressive to activate the gesture controls so I have found using the button much easier which isn’t ideal. The app could use some serious work!!!! It crashes and lags all the time and having to turn your Bluetooth off because the saber Constantly connects to the app even when you don’t want it to is frustrating. These areas could use some work. The saber itself is good and certainly feels premium but the battery could use a redesign. For the battery you have to remove and charge separately, you almost have to really force this out and it might feel like you are going to break it. It does eventually come out but once again it feels clunky and rigid. The packaging during shipping needs some real attention! They come from china and take an abnormally long amount of time to arrive. For the price, I believe you could trade with a different company and get better service for a similar product.

Buy your lightsaber from these people, amazing prices, great selection. My son loves his lightsaber, very strong, takes knocks superbly. A definite must of you want a quality saber

I ordered the youngling lightsaber for my daughter. While plastic, the build quality is not bad and it has a good weight to it. The sounds and light flashing effects are good, but there are two serious problems which really let this product down. The first is that the blade, which is a bit on the long side for most children, is very loose and falls out quite easily. The second is that there is just one button and all of the different functions have to be accessed using a confusing combination of holding it down for a certain number of seconds. These functions are documented in the instructions, but I found myself often muting it for example when I was just trying to turn it on.

It seems this product is manufactured and shipped on demand from China, so delivery times are also outside the control of the supplier. This isn’t necessarily a problem, but worth bearing in mind as the website gives the impression that delivery will be within two weeks of placing an order, which they can’t actually guarantee.

Well i wanna start off by saying the customer service is great !!
My lightsaber wasn’t working, the battery worked but the thing itself wan’t turning on. So I sent a message asking for help and for about two weeks we conversed and they helped me through it. Well they kind of kept asking me to do the same thing which, as i told them, wasn’t working. I decided i needed a refund and well they said right away « yes we will send you a link to the service to return it »// it took them a week and a half to act upon it ? I mean at this point i still believe it’s okay and sometimes stuff shouldn’t happen right away// my only fear now is to see if i will in fact get my refund or not. I do believe they are legit because the handle of the saber was of insane quality, it looked incredible. But i don’t think i am the kind of person to spend about 350€ on a lightsaber that doesn’t turn on simply cause it looks good, you know ?
