Pavan was helpful in giving us guidance on the next steps in what to look in a house

Excellent service provided by Kamal and Manveen. Very clear communication and smooth move in procedure. They helped from start to finish.

Galaxy have been fantastic agents - they're always prompt with any queries or issues. They achieve the key aim of removing the stress of renting, and they keep you informed about all situations, so you never feel detached from the whole process.
A big part of their charm is their communication is jargon-free - they make it very easy to have a chat and dispel any worries. Another element to add is that they are reliable with the information and dates provided - that really helps build trust.
They've been very friendly and forthcoming with every interaction so far, so top marks from me.

Great experience so far with Galaxy real estate. Kamal has been very helpful in getting the property ready prior to letting .

Galaxy recently sold our flat for us, they have a good range of connections and clients which is why they are a good choice in the Southall area. I can’t fault them on their sales techniques, however our experience with them wasn’t faultless.
We had a very frustrating experience with communication with them. They often didn’t respond to us and also carried out a viewing without our knowledge. We often never knew where we stood and they were also always late.
Additionally to this once the sale was going through they used quite aggressive techniques towards us to push the sale, we had a lot of frustrating and stressful delays on our side, this was upsetting as we were as keen for the sale to happen quickly as the buyers.
I found that I personally was receiving calls from Galaxy, threatening that the sale would collapse instead of going straight to our solicitor. I also found these forceful phone calls were only made to me and not my husband, which I believe to be intentional as they had his number also.
I found this very distressing and upsetting and the whole process I am just relieved is now over.
To to be just and fair, I’m glad we used them as they ultimately got the job done, but I would highly recommend they review their communication with clients and the systems they have in place to do viewings as I certainly felt unsupported by them throughout the whole process, and didn’t feel like they were on our side.
