A Galaxy of Great Service 🌟
After reading the last review here (made me chuckle), I decided to test Galaxy Numbers for myself. And wow, am I glad I did!
Daniel and the team were super helpful, polite, and efficient. Within no time, they set me up with a sleek, easy-to-remember phone line for Top Coach Hire—a number so cool you’d want to tattoo it on your hand (kidding… maybe).
Their service was miles ahead of the three other companies I considered. Quick, affordable, and stress-free—exactly what you need when running a busy business like mine.
For anyone doubting after the previous review left here: I’d recommend calling Galaxy Numbers and asking for Daniel. You’ll see the real stars of their galaxy. ✨

Always a very good experience dealing with GN, we have used them for number porting on a few occasions over the years and I have never struggled to get the help I need when I email and call.

Receptionist lacks knowledge
Receptionist - Unhelpful, Unknowledgeable, Unsure, Cant pass on to anyone - Definately didnt inspire any confidence in this company. Everything i asked for was - "whats your number and ill get someone to call you back".
Time for a new confident and enthusiastic RECEPTIONIST.
Planet Numbers replied within 15 minutes Happy, cheerful and knowledgeable guy on the phone.

When all of our staff are busy and on the phone our receptionist will answer the phone and take details. In 14 years we have never had an issue. Here is a snippet of the email she sent me ...
'I’ve just had a call from someone who would not leave their name and I couldn’t get the number in time.
This call started with him saying he is starting a taxi business and wanted to set up a number, I repeated back to him what it is he wanted as the line was a bit crackly. He immediately got aggressive with me saying I didn’t know what I was talking about and was asking me how long I had been here.
Remaining calm and professional I explained to him that I was just double checking what he said and that I would have to pass his request onto the right department.
He then continued to say I had no idea what I was doing and that I was a ‘one trick pony’ and asked who it would get passed onto. When I replied that it would get reported to the support team and they will give him a call back he asked when and referred to it as a drug company.
He continually asked for my name and when I would not give it to him, he threatened to write a bad review about ‘the girl who would not give me her name’ and said I have not been here long enough to know what I am talking about.
I asked him again if he would like me to pass on his request and have someone get back to him as soon as possible he said no thanks and hung up.
I dealt with it in a calm professional way but if he does leave a review, I wanted you to know what it was about, if he calls again, I will let you know.'
... So the fact you made my receptionist feel insecure about giving her name out is disgraceful. I'm delighted you went elsewhere. I just hope when you are driving your taxi about that your customers feel more welcome and secure.
Astonishingly good
This company is run by people who genuinely care about their clients. In this world, that's really saying something. (Their chat feature is staffed by an actual human! Who knows what they're doing! That's so unusual it's almost funny.)
They supported me quickly and entirely, going the extra mile without fanfare, to get things set up exactly the way I wanted.
Seriously, my experience with them was/is outstanding and I recommend them completely.

Just started a new business and was looking for a VOIP phone number and service to use from mobile, computer and desk phone which was quick to setup and cost effective. Spoke to Chris @ Galaxy and they offered me a great memorable phone number. The whole process took a couple of days to set up and what an amazing service. Kept me informed of each stage of the process and my new phone arrived today (2 days after I signed up), All working perfectly first time.
I highly recommend this company - Very professional and know how to treat customers.

It was super easy to set up and get the number assigned. But I emailed just after this was done, asking for a couple of additional features and no one ever called me back!
