British TV Club Anmeldelser 

This was a working and reliable TV service, that is, up until recently when I can't access it at all. When I try to go to their website, all it says is "Maintenance mode" and then another message saying "The British TV Club has closed down for legal reasons."

This happened completely out of the blue, out of nowhere, with no further explanation. Could it have been shut down permanently, or is it just a temporary shut down (as implied by being in so-called "maintenance mode")? Who's to know. They should be a little bit more clearer about that.

At the end of the day, I am unable to claim a refund, I am unable to contact the owner of the service, I am essentially unable to do anything at all. I've basically just been locked out with no chance of getting my money back.

When it works, it works. Reliably too. But unfortunately it just seems as though they have taken my money and ran. That is not okay.

Works great for us in Norway. I was delighted to find this "life-saver" when other providers of UK tv abroad let us down. Very reliable, very reasonable prices. Thank you!

Completely simple, uncomplicated and reliable service, whether watching on-line or contacting the company via email.

I rarely leave reviews but these guys do terrific work at extremely reasonable rates. Glad to see the strong strong reviews here. They are deserved.

The best UK streaming service ever. I have been with them since the start and can not fault anything. The overall broadcasting service along with the customer support and value for money can not be beaten. The catch-up service is also invaluable. I would give Ten out of ten if possible!

I've been with them since the inception of the service and can't fault them, I completely recommend them to anyone who is searching for a Brit TV provider. The service is top notch and the support system impeccable; they have also gone out of their way to accommodate different ways to pay them. If ever there has been an issue with the service provided they resolved it quickly and with good grace, even apologising for things that were out of their control (i.e. 3rd party issues).

I am very happy with British TV Club. Their service is exemplary, and I would recommend them as the only reliable cost effective ex-pat British TV service

I have a subscription on BTV club since the very start. I used to use RobTV, thank you Rob (rip) and Paul (who took it over) until it became too expensive for him to upkeep it.
This service is a must for British expats. It is excellent and if anything goes wrong (happens rarely) it is resolved amazingly fast. They're transparant about what happened and why. I can't recommend BTV club enough.
The fees are very low and start at £1,25
per month for Bronze. Peanuts. Although I don't really need a Gold subscription, I do get it because I want to support this initiative as much as I can as long as I can afford to do so.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been with British TV Club for years now and have always found it reliable and good value for money. An excellent way of watching British tv abroad and the Catch Up service is great, too. Any occasional hitches are quickly sorted and usually a full explanation is given. Well done and keep up the good work.

I have been with British TV club since it started, and have NEVER had any problems with their service .Any channels dropping out have usually been dealt with immediately with a short service note request, or a reply to let me know why it was happening. Try getting that service from any of the 'Big Boys' charging massive amounts for a connection! I hope the negative review gets removed as it casts an improper light on a truly commendable service

Have been with British TV Club for a number of years. Problems are few and far between but dealt with swiftly when the need arises. Straight forward moderate payment for a very good service, a lively and friendly Forum to talk to other members.

Excellent service. I wouldn't be without it, easy to use and to find programmes to watch.

Cannot praise the staff at British tv club enough, in our opinion it is buy far the best way for us (living in Greece) to access good, affordable uk tv, with an amazing catch up service.
Very user friendly and simple to top up/ extend membership.

Also the support offered when any issues arise has been 1st class.
As we do not have a landline our internet supply comes from a sim card router and BTV club is the only service that streams perfect for us.

Absolute lifeline for my wife and I.

Love British TV club been using it for years. Great customer service always reply promptly to queries. Very cheap subscription which is rare these days cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.

I am living in Italy for over 40 years and I really missed the, now classic, tv shows. I really missed listening to English language programs.
I first discovered Robs satellite tv , it was very reliable, any other type of streaming from UK never worked well, so for a very reasonable fee I joined Robs satellite tv.
Eventually Rob sold and British tv club was formed.
They offer an excellent service, If a problem does arise, which sooner or later happens to us all, it's just enough to open a ticket explaining the problem. It's fixed as soon as possible.
You're a great team that obviously do your upmost to keep us Uk tv fans happy.
I can't ask for more.
