I had a problem with my FlyDigi Apex 5 controller, and started troubleshooting with FlyDigi directly. After completing the troubleshooting which was a back and forth process over a couple days I was told to reach out to GadgetHyper where I originally bought the controller. I forwarded them the info, and they promptly handled it and replaced it without any further steps. Very pleased with the experience with GadgetHyper.

The store has excellent prices, great products, and a lovely customer service. Whenever I ran into problems, GadgetHyper resolved them all for me.

I ordered the Flydigi Apex 5 controller and the screen was a weird colour. I reached out to Gadgethyper and within 14 days, i had a brand new, fully working controller! Emily was amazing and communicated swiftly and clearly. Amazing customer support given the world we live i!. Plus, i didnt have to return the old controller!! Top company. Clearly care about their customers. Well done team!

They sell a bunch of surprisingly fine controllers - for some reason I own 3. And when I had one issue, Emily was quick to fix it, plus she was quick to acknowledge a replacement/refund would be in order if she hadn't been able to.

Emily helped me out in regards to a software glitch that bricked my controller. She provided wonderful customer service with quick response times and solutions to try before they offered a complete replacement of faulty hardware.

The website has good prices, free shipping above a certain cart value (there is an option for faster express shipping which I took but regular shipping seems to be quick as well), and excellent after sales support.

My Experience:
I ordered a Flydigi BS3 Pro Laptop Cooler from their website with express shipping, and it arrived within 8 days. However, my original Flydigi BS3 Pro laptop cooler arrived with a hardware fault, where the fan wouldn't spin. I contacted support, and I got a response within a day from Emily, who reassured me that they'd resolve my issue promptly and asked for a video demostrating the fault. After I sent a couple of videos demonstrating the issue, they confirmed that the fault laid in the hardware and arranged a replacement at no cost to myself, resolving the matter within 2 days of correspondence.

The replacement was shipped promptly and arrived in 8 days, which was the same delivery time as my original order with express shipping. The replacement unit works perfectly, completely resolving the matter.

I'd like to thank Emily in particular for her excellent communication throughout the process. She kept me informed at every stage, was polite and professional, and made the warranty claim process straightforward and hassle free.

It's always disappointing to receive a faulty product, but what matters is how the situation is handled by the retailer, as the fault does not lie with them. GadgetHyper's aftersales support was responsive, efficient, and reliable, huge thank you to Emily, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have ordered the "Flydigi Vader 5 Pro Wireless Charger Dock Bundle" the 4th of July, and received it the 15th of July 2026. The 11 days of transport/handling is expected when shipping from China.

When testing the product, i noticed half of the LED's on the docking station did not work.
The controller itself works as advertised, and all the functions but the front lights on the dock was working as well.

On the same day i received the bundle and tested it, i contacted GadgetHyper's support department regarding above mentioned issues.

Here i was kindly greeted by Emily. Emily made great reassurances in their mail, and asked for further details/video of the issue for issuing the correct solution.
After sending the video, i got informed it was most likely en hardware fault, and they would like to send an replacement.

The time it took for resolving the issue with Emily was roughly two days, which in my book is incredibly fast when dealing with warranty/product issues.

The shipping time for the second dock was from the 16th of July to the 23rd of July, a total of 6 days.

Looking at the whole ordeal, i can only say that i personally like the pricing, and very much like the assistance provided by Emily from GadgetHyper's support team.
It is annoying the first dock had issues, but that is not GadgetHyper's job, that is the job of the QA team of Flydigi.
With that said, the Flydigi's After Sales team quickly acted with Emily, so i have no issues with Flydigi.

I would like to offer my praise to Emily for assisting throughout this experience with their customer service.

GadgetHyper has great customer service: they're super responsive. I had an issue with my charger dock, and when I contacted them, Emily was swiftly helpful and straight forward: we resolved the issue in a few exchanges with zero frustration me. Definitely buying again from them.

I got the dire wolf 4 controller last year and really enjoy playing with it. Unfortunately, I got an issue with the RT button after 7 months, but they quickly sent me a replacement. Thanks to Emily for coordinating the replacement!

I purchased Saber Plus Controller with R20 adapter. After controller arrived without the adapter I reached out to folk at Gadgethyper and the missing item was sent without any issue.
Additionaly previous orders were delivered without any problems.

Ordered a Flydigi Vader Pro 5 from GadgetHyper. Unfortunately, the controller arrived with a hardware defect affecting the RGB lighting on one side.
I contacted support and Emily responded quickly. After providing videos and following the troubleshooting steps requested by Flydigi, the defect was confirmed and a replacement controller was arranged without any hassle.
Throughout the process, communication was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although receiving a defective product was unfortunate, I am very satisfied with how the issue was handled.

I was among the first to receive Flydigi Vader 5 Pro controller that I purchased from Gadgethyper. As some other people I had an issue with the controller where the tension rings did not stay in place. My case was pretty bad as the rings move on even the slightest movement of the joysticks.
My warranty claim was denied by Flydigi as they deemed my issue to be within normal operational tolerance. I found that laughable that even a clear proof in a video I was told that this was a normal behaviour of the controller.
However, I was in touch with Emily from Gadgethyper who was dealing with my case and she made sure that my experience with Gadgethyper was satisfactory. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the way she dealt with the whole situation. She was professional and very polite. I am sure there are others in Gadgethyper who upheld the same values. One good example related to the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro controller is when they included a diy solution for an obvious design flaw of the controller's paddles right after somebody pointed the flaw out on Reddit. It was not their responsibility to fix anything, yet with every order they included simple solution that was designed to minimise the occurence of breaking the paddles. They even tested which size would be perfect for this purpose.
I can highly recommend this store as you will be well taken care of when things go wrong. Also, their website is very clear and transparent. You know exactly what you sre buying.
