Gadgethypers customer service team is excellent!! I had a rough time with my package going through customs, and it did put a damper over the delivery experience. After about 20 days of waiting for it to clear, I decided I had enough and contacted customer service. They not only went above and beyond to give me the status with customs. They also offered to ship a second order incase it would get to me faster. I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail I received. It truly turned a sour situation to a positive one. I love my Apex 5 controller and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Great shop with great customer service. Ordered a few controllers through them so far and they always arrived properly packaged and fast. One controller had an something snap internally within a month of receiving it, so I contacted them and within 24 hours a replacement was heading my way which is great service. All in all would recommend

I was looking for some Flydigi controllers, and Emily was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled carefully.

She also arranged for the controllers to be thoroughly tested before shipment and sent me test videos so I could confirm that everything was working properly before they were shipped.

In the shipment the controller was very securely packaged and protected during shipping, and it works perfectly.

Bought a controller from them and was quick to arrive and was easy to track, i had to use the warranty on the controller after a month due to the controller stick tension loosening and they were really helpful and responded quickly to my warranty claim.

Very friendly company! At first I had some issues regarding a Flydigi BS3 Pro I had ordered. I reached out to the Customer Service and NaGl and Emily were very helpful, supportive, and patient.
Definitively will buy my future gaming gear from them.

I ordered a Vader 5 from Gadget-Hyper.
The order was dispatched quickly, and within a few days the parcel had arrived by sea and air and passed through custom clearance swiftly. However, it seemed as If the parcel had suddenly gone on holiday in Hungary at the transit company; it remained stuck there for over 10 days. I contacted Gadget-Hyper’s customer support; a lovely lady reassured me with kind words and got in touch with the courier company. That got the ball rolling – suddenly, my parcel’s ‘holiday’ was over and it arrived at my door, sun-kissed, within a few days of that. The fact that customer support checked back with me to make sure the parcel had actually arrived safely further convinced me that the lady had really been keeping a close eye on it from the very start, and wasn’t just saying so. After my initial stomach ache about ordering from Gadget-Hyper at all, I have to say honestly that the customer support team here really went the extra mile.

I recently got the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro from GadgetHyper and the experience was great. Fast shipping, great prices with coupons, and the package arrived in perfect shape with zero customs issues.

Even better was the support, I found a small defect on the trigger, Emily from their team sorted it out the same day. She organized a brand-new replacement to my new address instantly without making me ship the old one back, now I have two basically perfect controllers for the price of one. Super fast, friendly, and hassle-free.

Great service, even after some defective controllers they still were able to compensate with new functional controllers. I Would certainly buy my next controller from gadgethyper.

Support responds very respectfully and quickly. I had an issue with the back paddles becoming dysfunctional about 10 months after using the controller, and support was kind enough to send a new controller with back bumpers, so the issue does not persist. The products also ship very quickly from overseas with accurate tracking times.

They did a wonderful job with my warranty replacement controller, they quickly and easily replaced it!

I emailed GadgetHyper on July 25th, late in the day, and did not expect a response until Monday. Early Sunday, I received an email from Emily on their team. My problem: the Flydigi Apex Pro Dragonball Edition controller I bought had a joystick malfunction. After sending all the information and pictures/videos of the problem to Emily, the team sent me a replacement Dragonball Edition controller free of charge.

TLDR: Emily and the team provided an exemplary customer service experience and delivered a replacement limited-edition controller in no time.

I had encountered issue with my Vader 5 controller that was really bugging me, I contacted support and they immediately reached me. Emily helped me set up an exchange, and within a few days I received my replacement. The service was so great I’d definitely recommend others to Gadget Hyper.

Reposting this reworded as apparently the first was removed for something. No idea what. They did for a gamesir review too but I submitted stuff for that to be reinstated. I'm not doing that every time.

I do buy a lot of controllers. I might even have a problem but definitely not as much as some! For the last year or so I've bought most from gadgethyper.

Originally I joined the discord to keep an eye on everything that's coming out. There's a lot of really nice people there reviewing or talking about controllers. I can recommend doing that if you haven't already.

I have had no issues with controllers I've bought so far. I believe they charge a touch more than you'd find on aliexpress but I have way more confidence that they'd help if I did based on what I've read when other people had.

Up to this point I've bought zd o+, zd ult legend, kp70, kp40d, apex 5, vader 5, xeno plus and the easysmx dune with them. And a good chunk of dpads and extra stuff too.

Once I emailed them for some extra back/shoulder button extensions for the blitz 2 which they didn't sell on the site and they were really kind to find them and include them in my next order. Pretty low value I'm sure but still I was grateful.

Before GH it was probably Amazon but they don't get all the ones I wanted and if they do it's usually much later. I prefer to support companies that aren't big corporations if I find a good alternative and I did here. Cheers!
