Had an issue with my flydigi apex 5, it was still under warranty and gadget hyper were easy to communicate with and support getting a placement.

Even shortly after making the order the team showed that they pay attention to detail.
All items arrived very quick and in great condition, carefully packaged.
One of the dpads I ordered was not fitting properly, making it fall off.
Even though I informed them a little bit later, they showed genuine interest and were attentive to find a solution.

I bought a Vader 5 Pro (v2) through Gadgethyper due to reading about their support, and the typically support process one would need to go through if I bought directly through Flydigi.

It paid off. After around 2 months of not using the controller, it appeared to have become effected by a hardware defect.

Emily from Gadgethyper was a delight to work with, and patient helping me through the support process to get a quick replacement.

I purchased a controller from them initially, and they were very responsive.
My personal recommendation comes from having my controller malfunction, and going through their support process. It was a very smooth process, and even though I personally created a bit of a hiccup, they still followed through and helped me out. I appreciate that 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

my experience was amazing . i ordered the honkai impact elysia collab controller specifically with the charging dock. i will say the shipping was a little confusing i was a bit worried since it took a good week for me to get an update but they have a warning about it before ordering . upon arrival the controller worked absolutely magnificent and was incredibly gorgeously designed. the charging dock was defective but was offered a replacement for it . the replacement worked as expected and since then i’ve been using daily. from the initial buy to replacement the entire shipping was around 4 weeks total . customer service was very good and answered in a timely manner. 100000% will be coming back to buy if i ever need anything else . thank you to the ghyper team

Ordered a controller that ended up having an issue with one of the triggers. Sent an email to the support team asking what a possible fix may be. Was extremely happy with response time and the hassle free process to getting a replacement unit. Big thanks to Emily for their clear communication regarding the RMA requirements, and their expedience in responding to my emails and questions.

Great customer support. Had an issue with controller I purchased from Gadget Hyper, contacted them they replied quickly but I forgot about it for 6 months since other life isues came up. Reached back out and they promptly responded again and provided a solution to the issue. Replacement controller was sent out to me within a couple of days. Will shop again!

Good prices. Continuous mailing and informations to tell me how my order evolves. 10 days to obtain my parcel with my LEADJOY Xeno Pro in it. Very satisfied, TY guys.

Emily from customer service was awesome, I bought a laptop cooler (Flydigi BS3 Pro - really good cooler, especially for gaming laptops) and she helped me get through the complex process of delivery over continents ! Order away without hesitation, even if delivery seems daunting, Emily and her colleagues will guide you through it, no problem.

Emily’s customer service was great. Her response time was almost instant, and she was able to pull all of my information from my purchase (back in December) without me having to dig through my emails. GadgetHyper ended up sending me a replacement product through the mail.
