Payment has been pending for a week. I'm guessing because my PayPal email is different to my account email. But tried to get in contact had no reply.
Still waiting for my payment.
Edit: got in contact after my negative review explain they had been busy and checked with PayPal and the funds appeared that day.

Offered the best price for my iPhone and paid me fast. Would use again.

The questions asked regarding condition of phone are vague so although answered correctly, I was offered £100 less than the quote on receipt. This is totally misleading.

Took along time, not notified they had received goods. Sent photos of what they considered marks which were not visible when sent. I have photos which do not match theirs. I would not use them again. Payment still not received from them either which was meant to be 48 hours.

Great prices, no fuss, no hassle, everything clearly explained in detail. Updated throughout the whole process. Don't bother with other sites, get it done here.

THIS COMPANYN IS DODGY. I sent them a near new Apple Watch. No scratches or anything. They didn’t get back to me for ages and I couldn’t get through to them. Eventually they sent me an email with a picture of a totally different watch that was battered and bruised and offered me a ridiculously low amount. Just avoid these lot if you don’t want any stress.

Gadget GoGo made the whole experience easy to complete. Easy to post your item, great communication, quick payment and the best price for your item better than there competitors. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I sent two PS4 consoles to Gadget GoGo
The process waa straightforward. I filled in the form, printed the prepaid label they provide, boxed and send them. After a few days they slightly revised the offer price down based on their inspection. Their main critique was dust inside the machine which was probably fair. So overall it's a great way to offload some unwanted kit.

Great trade in price and kept up to date. Communication is the best A+

Responsive company. I asked about a product and sent a photo via email. Responded within 24 hrs and subsequent sale successful.

Update : Watch has been in a screen protector since it came out the packaging, but this company claim it has 2 scratches to the screen, clearly has been done by this company to knock the price right down! Wouldn’t bother with these crooks! Shambles of a company

Tried this company first time. thought the whole process was slow. However was quoted a higher price then once received item it was dramatically reduced. The whole process was easy shipping communication very slow. I dont think will use this company again due to slow communication and low price.
