Very fair prices, with a full explanation (with photos) of their valuation. A friendly and professional company who I would definitely use again.

I attempted to trade in my iPad Pro here, with an initial offer of £350. There was some very minor wear on just the buttons on the tablet, so I expected this price to be revised slightly and I wouldn’t have minded. However the revised price was £200, nearly half that of the original. Absolutely outrageous to try and force people into giving up for a low ball offer.

The price quoted was confirmed and paid. We did remind them that payment was due after a week but they fast tracked the payment within 24hrs once reminded. Collection of ipod by Post Office was free and next day. Easy .

I used Gadget GoGo to sell a smart watch, their offer was higher than the competition, who were better known to me and who I had used before. According to the blurb on their website they will usually settle payment within 48hrs of receiving your item.

After nearly 2 weeks from sending my watch I contacted them via email (they have no phone number) to ask if they could confirm receipt of my watch, I knew they had received it as according to the Royal Mail tracking, they had received it 10 days earlier.

I received no reply from them until a further 2 days later where they offered a much lower price (about half of that was originally offered), this was well below what the other better known companies had offered. I ended up agreeing to this lower offer as I had little faith they would actually send me the watch back.

My advice would be don’t be duped into going with these guys, go with a better known alternative as their model appears to be to lure you in with a generous offer then drastically reduce it when they have your goods. Their customer service is awful and do not reply to emails, as I say they have no phone number either.

I am giving them a rather generous 2 stars rather than 1 as they did eventually pay up, all be it a much lower value and nearly 3 weeks later.

I wouldn’t bother even sending anything to this lot. My I watch values at £118 and in very good condition was described as poor and offered only £40. The watch in the pics was not even mine it never had any scratches on the front of it as I took photos before sending it off. I declined the offer and I hope it comes back to me in the condition I sent it in and I hope it is my watch that comes back as I have the serial number of it. Shambles of a company

Gave me a good price even for gadgets that were on their last legs! I tried a few companies and these paid quickly with good communication.

Scammers - quoted £120 for apple watch - came back to me saying it would be £65 as screen rim was damaged and it was missing the charging cable which I posted with the device and have pictures to prove it. Never got back to my emails just sent the device back without the cable now leaving me out of pocket. These guys effectively stole my apple watch charging cable. Avoid at all costs.

Safely handled the order and sent the money within a few working days - a fair price higher than ones in physical stores

The estimated price went from £170 and ended up being £120. I hardly used the watch, I wouldn’t say the condition was poor either but it would’ve been more effort to have it returned.

Even though they had send my iPad back and then I sent it back through no fault of the company ( I forgot to take something off ) they stayed in contact with me throughout I also could not get emails at the middle of the sale and again they managed to stay professional and
patient with me would highly recommended this company

Always used Music Magpie and never had any issues. Used Gadget Go Go for the first time and I wish I had never bothered. Offered me more money and then alleged that the device was damaged when I have photos to prove that wasn’t the case when the watch was sent, I’ve now requested a return of my item and will never use this business again. Order number 325368

Never get back to you and very slow in paying out

Had a quote for good condition for £109
Had email back saying it’s in poor condition/ a few very minor marks they reckon
So offered me only £80
Not happy

They offer the best price on the market. Fair price

Offered me £370 then after receiving my iPad Pro they took the price right down to £270 showing me very very tiny magnified marks that had to be magnified with a magnifying glass to see them . I will not sell to them again

Great company offering the highest amount for my ps5 better than anywhere else

Sent my Apple Watch 8 gps 29th June got quoted £140 but when they received quoted £50!! Still waiting for my money it’s now the 16th emailed 3 times!
