Excellent professional service

Responsive and professional. Thank you!

Joe McCarthy at Graham and Sibbald managed to remove our rateable value from the rating list, while the property was sat empty waiting to be refurbished, saving us £36K in business rates. Of course we are delighted with the service provided

Professional, decent people. A pleasure to assign a commercial project to Alex Strazza at Graham & Sibbald St Albans. Excellent communication and just thoroughly decent people. Recommended.

Dealing with Mark and the team at Graham + Sibbald has been brilliant from start to finish. They handled our rent review with great professionalism and we can not speak highly enough of the team and just as important the result they achieved for us which was way beyond what was expected.

We used Alex Strazza to let a commercial property. Throughout the process he was communicative, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future, can highly recommend.

Delighted with the service and attention we received from Everyone at the Hamilton Branch.
From the first contact to the final signing off, we were made to feel special!!
So prompt and courteous with any questions we had and managed our business in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
A great experience for us.
Thank You Graham & Sibbald.

Mike was friendly and professional and provided helpful comments during the assessment. He also took care to explain the findings of the EPC and made calls on our behalf to clarify our queries on the drop in EPC rating over a relatively short period. Mike was approachable and courtous throughout, nothing too much trouble.

Neil Cromarty carried out my mum's home report and we were extremely impressed with the service he provided. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be a difficult and emotional experience, but Neil made everything much easier and less stressful for my mum. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered any questions we had, and was approachable and reassuring from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil to anyone looking for a professional and supportive surveyor.

Very efficient and good turnaround on making the appointment and delivery of report.

Tremendous service, from the initial phone call to Graham & Sibbald to the resulting Level 2 survey report. Our surveyor, Richard, not only provided us with easily the most detailed and comprehensible surveyor report we've had to date, but also took the trouble to make a phone call ahead of of the report itself to give us his positive feedback in a friendly and engaging way.

GS were completely competent in acting before me in relation to a Lease extension including reports and all necessary surveys etc. an excellent and most professional firm.

We had a home survey as part of the selling process of our house. Surveyor was professional and efficient.
Opportunity to ask questions was given during the process.

Survey arranged via estate agent and carried out speedily. Amendments necessary were made without trouble.

Re-Max recommended Graham+Sibbald for my property's Home Report, and the entire process was fast and seamless. Jordan provided excellent, polite assistance throughout.

Great service from Dominic McCormick at the Hamilton branch. He surveyed my Mum's house and was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The draft Home Report was emailed to me the following day for approval. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Graham+Sibbald, I have to say from the office staff through to the actual surveyor visit and then the draft report could not have been more helpful. Then finally to the supply of the approved report.
A thoroughly professional company.
I would not go anywhere else in the future.

The whole process was straightforward and efficient, from start to finish, with great communication throughout from the Paisley Office.

Fast, friendly and professional service. The survey was organised quickly and the communication excellent. Craig was a pleasure to deal with.
