DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a corner sofa with plaid scatter back cushions. Customer service was great - until they had my money. The sofa arrived with plain cushions and upon asking to return the item, request was ignored. I then asked for replacement scatter back pillow cases to be sent to which I was advised they wouldn’t do that and there was no guarantee I would get plaid scatter back cushions - despite this being the sofa I purchased and the sofa that was advertised. I requested to raise a complaint - sent multiple emails with no response. Weeks later I got a response saying it was with a supervisor. This was in November 2019 and it’s now January 2020 and still no response. The quality of the sofa is poor, doesn’t look like the advertisement which had nice fluffy cushions - the one I got were all flat and hard . Not comfortable at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

Please do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a corner sofa for my elderly mother who has poor mobility. The day that it arrived she realised that it was not suitable as it was too low for her to get up from. I emailed the company on the day that it arrived to notify them of this and asked if they could come and collect the sofa and issue a refund. It took a few days for them to respond as you can only contact customer services through email. They asked if it had been used and was it still in the packaging. I told them it had not been used and the delivery drivers took away the packaging. The delivery drivers charged my mom £20 to assemble the two pieces of the sofa together. I have sent numerous emails to this company hardly any of which have been answered. It has been nearly three weeks now and my mom is stuck with a sofa which she cannot use. This company are a disgrace so please dont use them. They are quick enough to take your money from you and answer when you place an order but as for the after care you receive its shambolic.

I bought a settee from this company, it is the WORST piece of furniture i have ever seen.. it has been poorly made and not even the same colour, it looks NOTHING like the advertised picture.. i requested this to be returned within 5 days of delivery.. they tried to charge me £150.00 to return it, then the so called "manager" which is one horrible man and his girlfriend, called me and put the price up to £170.00 to simply return it.. he tried to bully me into keeping the furniture.. 4 months later and they refuse to give me my money back.. i have been robbed of £600.00 and i still have this UTTERLY DISGUSTING piece of furniture sitting in a warehouse.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION YOU EVER MAKE!! they are cowboys and the lowest of the low.. they will rob you blind.. STAY AWAY !!!!! THIEVES !!!!

FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN IGNORE ALL CONTACT!!!!

I have had a terrible terrible experience with the company and looking on here I see it is a very regular occurrence for furniture stop customers!
I received a 2 seated sofa and a corner sofa within 2 weeks of buying it with no stress or problems. Sofa is nice, not amazing quality and seats are going flat already but what can you expect from a cheap sofa!!!
After a week of having it and our previous sofa being a recliner I decided we needed a footstool. So I went back online to furniture stop and brought the matching bailey footstool- I saw it was a nice medium size and would fit into my reasonably small living room perfectly. Again 1 week later I was happy to see they were delivering the footstool 7 days after purchase.
The footstool was all wrapped up on arrival and the receipt confirmed it was the Bailey footstool as ordered.
When opening it I noticed it was in fact the almost double the size Dino footstool.
I immediately contacted the company to be told I will need to email customer services as they couldn’t help over the phone. They asked for photos and told me they would pass the info on and update me when they hear back.
It has now been 1 and half months and after repeated calls and emails all off which have either been ignored or I have just been told again and again they will update me when they hear back!
This footstool is so big it takes up half the lounge and I have nowhere else to store it! It looks like I am stuck with it and there’s nothing I can do!
I have never received such terrible customer service! Even though they have delivered the incorrect item to me they have not apologised and clearly have no intention in rectifying the problem!
There must be something that can be done about this company- I feel like I have been completely ripped off and they are a fraudulent company!!!
Future customers please avoid this company!!!!!

Very poor. I have paid for a sofa and a 1-4 days delivery with two men. No sign of the sofa, no reply on the phone, no reply via email. This is basically a fraud.

Have been trying to get in touch with Customer Services for the last 10 days without success regarding exchange of a corner sofa that is not fit for purpose. I have emailed everyday and also rang but
Only get the answer phone. I have left numerous messages and even asked for the complaints procedure but have been ignored. Has anyone else had a similar experience

Still no response from Customer Services. Been emailing every day now for 12 days and still no response. Cannot make contact by phone either

Delighted with our sofa and pleased to support a UK company. Will be ordering again!

First time to order sofa on their website. Transaction was very convenient and easy. The beautiful sofa bed fits the little living room we have in our condo unit. Its material and design give more comfort to us and our guests.

The sofa's I ordered should be delivered between 7 and 14 days. When I called the first time to see if they already knew a date the customer service agent was quite rude. After the 21 days where gone I was told there was a problem with the material and it could take another 2 up to 6 weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel. As I paid with Paypal I opened a dispute with them. They kept after pressing me to close the case so they could refund and they couldn' t do that without closing down the dispute.As I already knew and was confirmed by Paypal this is absolutely nonsense. I would loose my refund rights with Paypal and they could do whatever they want with the refund, not pay it at all or just partly. Luckely I staid put and Paypal refunded me in full. Awfull experience. Stay away as far as possible as you can from this company.

No communication whatsoever. Was told our sofas would be delivered on 3 separate dates, when the days came, no items & no phone call, email or text to let us know. Hubby had to call them numerous times as customer service wouldn't always answer. Ordered beginning of July & received on 7th August. With that in mind we were told that the items we had ordered they didn't have so had to take a different colour, how could this be when our order was placed over a month ago? We only accepted as we had no furniture to sit on.
100% would not recommend buying from this company.

Poor customer service.
Ordered some garden furniture over a month ago now - given them 2 opportunities to deliver the item and have still not received anything. Also, they don’t even get in touch to say it isn’t being delivered so I have booked 2 days off work for no reason.
I am now getting no response to my request of a refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a really bad experience with this company. I had ordered a bed but the headboard has turned out to be defective. Despite chasing it for over 8 weeks they have not replied. Best not to buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company that are crap never known anything like it thank God I am so stressed over delivery of my corner unit sofa I am telling them I want my money back and go to a real furniture shop thay don't answer phone and when thay do say ring back never do same man answer s phone something not right seems to me I bought though Amazon on credit card so hope to get refund

I was hesitant to order from here...1 for the prices but 2 after reading a few reviews but after doing so i will definatly use them again.
Sofa arrived today in the time it was stated ( i did call yesterday as i hadnt heard anything and was expecting by today with express delivery. Man was helpful and quick to respond and book it in which was amazing)
The delivery driver was alone not a 2 man team today so i did pitch in a bit getting it upwrapped ect but he was very profesional and polite and happy to chat whilst doing his job. Only problem is they dont take the mountain of wrapping that comes with the sofa like some bigger companys but what i saved on the sofa means i can do a huge tip run to get rid of my old sofa too.!
I cant fault this company they have been very helpful and considerate.
Will use them again.

I waited 3 weeks for my sofa to come from here which is very good, one failed delivery from the couriers (van broke down) so I phoned furniture stop and they were very helpful in arranging another company to deliver and managed to get it the next day! I love my sofa from here very pleased with it.
