Excellent costumer service. Quick and polite . No problem with them at all !

DO NOT DO IT...I was hesitant to buy from this company after reading the reviews on here, but with all positive reviews on their website (must be fake) I decided to go ahead (extremely regretful). So when ordering you get told delivery will be 4-12 days from order. I emailed multiple times asking for estimates as I have moved into a new property, at first I got responses, but were never answers to the questions I asked.

It then got to 11 days (9 business days) and I had heard absolutely nothing so I had emailed asking for an update. I then decided to cancel my order as I needed this sofa asap and found one elsewhere. They turn around and tell me I cannot cancel because it has already been dispatched.

Although it had been apparently dispatched, I received no notification/update from them and proceeded to Klarna and they confirmed that my item definitely would not have been dispatched if no money had been taken out.

I then emailed again demanding a cancellation as they hadn't provided proof of dispatch, no response. At this point I didn't know how long it would be before I would receive my sofa, or if I would receive it at all. Called multiple times and couldn't get through. Conveniently, after this, payment was taken. But still no response,

Hours later and another email later, I then got a call from them and from the very start they were extremely rude to me. They said I would have to pay the cancellation fee of £66.99. I went on to explain that I have had no updates when asking multiple times and he responds with "we don't give updates that's the job of the couriers when they deliver". I used buying clothes as an example when they are dispatched, you are always notified, and he continues to say we don't provide tracking. I wasn't asking for tracking I was asking for a date of dispatch. He argued with me over this for at least 5 minutes then turned around and went "well we aren't a clothing company". I am not sure about you, but I have ALWAYS received a dispatch/shipping notification on any online purchase (not just clothes).

I continued to explain my rights to cancellation and he kept saying that in the terms it states you cannot cancel for free after 5 days. It says on the terms you cannot cancel after 5 days because the courier then has your item and they have to pay for it to be returned. But after 5 days, my item was not dispatched, so that should not prevent my right to cancel. I continued to fight my side and he kept acting like he wasn't hearing me and asking me to repeat myself.

I eventually gave in so I am now paying a fee to a company that probably never even dispatched my sofa in the first place.

I did mention to him I would be disputing and he laughed down the phone and told me he has nothing to worry about as he has dealt with Klarna for long enough.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service I received, give your money to a company that deserves it and will actually get your item to you in the time frame they say.

I order a 2 and 3 seater sofa but my 2 seater has a fault I have been emailing this company since the sofas were delivered and no one has got back to me

I don’t know where to start but this website doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I bought 2 sofas from them and one of the sofas was really worn down like it’s been used before. I called their phone number and the guy said this is only sales line and I have to email them as they have no phone line (pathetic and a con) so I did and they told me they will sort it. It’s been now almost 5 months and nothing happened. They don’t even answer emails anymore. I’m gonna make sure to call trading standards on them. Think 3 times before buying from them.

Delivery was quick but this have advertised a 10" mattress and was given an 8" matreess I contacted customer service who offered me a discount and then they just didn't bother replying. Its been 2 weeks now and I have a mattress stranded in my house waiting on a reply from them because to be honest I would like to be sent what I paid for? I am taking this to the consumer ombudsman as I have been scammed and I need the goods I have paid for. Really not very happy.

Sofas are of bad quality. Elasticity deteriorated within a short period of time. Refund policy is a joke. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a sofa from this company over 4 weeks ago now and ever since have had no communication at all despite numerous emails and calling 2 different numbers found online for them that were both unavailable, they have taken money from my account and made no contact other than when I asked for a refund after 2 weeks of hearing nothing to be told my sofa had been dispatched so I would have to pay £66.99 to cancel the order, since then have been trying to make contact with no response, this company is an utter shambles and appalling service, don’t not order from this company they are disgraceful and just want your money!!!!!

All I want to do is cancel my order. Do not believe there delivery in two weeks, that is an absolute lie.
They try and get you to buy with these quick turn around. then make you chase up to 4 times to tell you it will take 2 MONTHS AND A HALF!!!!!

Absolute shambles. The sofa I ordered was due out for delivery 4-12 business days, When I rang to find out what was happening the phone line kept ringing out and I received a text message from a mobile number to say phone line wasnt working so I rang the mobile number that text me, apparently the sofa is out of stock until end of August, no phone call or email to let me know and on they’re website it still says 4-12 business days for delivery even though it’s out of stock? Managed to Cancel get a refund and received It straight away. Don’t think they’re a proper company if I’m honest. Look Into most of the Reviews.. random names and the good reviewers also reviewed ‘SO CAMERA’ and ‘arising cleaning company’ but of a coincidence... hmmm

Do not order from this company it’s literally a scam there is no communication after they take your money I waited a month for something that was meant to arrive in 5 days and it still did not come luckily after a lot of hassle I managed to get my money back but it’s really not worth it they are a terrible company please don’t waste your money I’ve also heard a lot of there furniture comes and is not as it advertised or broken and for anyone wondering I order the Château grey bed

I ordered and cancelled within 12 hours! I have only ever received one response which was to ask why I wanted to cancel then everything has been ignored

I called last week and someone assured me it had been cancelled

I emailed on Friday last week to double check again and no response.

Yesterday got an email telling me to wait for a text from the courier regarding delivery

I emailed again, and I called 28 times yesterday and nobody answered.

What a waste for them, as I will be refusing the delivery and thank god I haven't paid anything as I used Klarna. I have been in touch with Klarna and informed them of what is going on also!

If I could rate a 0 on this website I would. I ordered a bed over 3 weeks ago on what said on the website ‘1-2 day delivery’. After calling and sending countless amounts of emails with no response somebody finally answered and said they’re receiving my bed frame and will send it out in the next week or two. I then randomly received a parcel from furniture stop yesterday, but guess what.. it’s not even the bed frame I ordered! It’s a disgusting crushed velvet bed frame that’s £80 cheaper than the one I ordered!

Don’t waste your time ordering from this website, I doubt I’ll even be able to get hold of anyone to send me the right bed. £300 down and still sleeping on a mattress on the floor in my new house! That’ll teach me for supporting small businesses during a pandemic!!!

I ordered the sofa Sunday evening and it arrived early Tuesday morning was amazed at how quick it arrived sofa was exactly like picture really big and cosy and at such a great price would definitely recommend this company.

We ordered a sofa beginning of April yet had no idea of when the item would be delivered. Emails and phone calls were ignored and when we finally got through to them they informed us that the sofa we ordered was not in stock and unable to be delivered, they gave us a few other options of sofas that were in stock and available for delivery the following week. When we finally got the sofa delivered at the beginning of may, bearing in mind we all had to conform with social distancing, me and my partner stood outside in our back garden until the couriers had brought the sofa into our home, all we got from them was ‘we’re done’ and they left. We came inside the house, unwrapped the sofa and it was the wrong style and wrong colour!!
The 2 men who delivered did not wait for us to check the sofa was okay, and on top of that were driving a ‘C&A BUILDING’ van! Not a courier service at all!
We then proceeded to email furniture stop to inform them it was the wrong sofa that had been delivered, again no one got back in contact. Numerous phone calls later we finally got through to someone who then told us we would have to pay £66 to have the sofa picked back up because we “accepted” the delivery! We couldn’t accept because we had to conform to social distancing and the 2 men didn’t bother waiting for us to check the sofa was correct!
The phone calls we had with this man were horrendous, there was no customer service from him whatsoever and he refused to accept that the current covid-19 situation made it impossible for us to fully accept the delivery. He kept saying that it was a sales line only and that we had to email our complaint which we had already done but had no response! We managed to get in touch with the “courier” men (only because of a phone call they made to us to confirm a delivery time before, we had their number), they collected the sofa a week later on the 10th of May. Many many phone calls later and threatening emails we have only just received our refund (26th of May). After speaking with trading standards and according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a company has delivered you the wrong goods then you are entitled to your full refund and not pay to have the item/s collected.
I’ve noticed the sofas they sell, you will more than likely find the same/similar one on wayfair or dunelm! Which is what I found and a much more trusting company to shop with.
I really REALLY urge anyone to please NOT shop with this company, they are diabolical.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have never wrote a bad review in my life, but this company is criminal.

My sofa arrived faulty. I contacted immediately, via email (interestingly which they were very responsive to pre-sale!) telephone (no one would speak to me as it was a sales line only) and Facebook messenger. No reply.

I have written to them twice, recorded delivery.

They have ignored every single correspondence and I have been completely robbed.

Please please, do not trust this company. They are crooks.

Due to sad circumstances that suddenly arose in my family I needed to cancel my order. I contacted them over a week before the delivery date.
Their t&c’s clearly state that a customer is able to cancel before delivery and obtain a full refund.
I was told by Michael on the phone that there would be a cancellation fee of £66 !!!
These people should really be examined by the fair trading office....please!
Even so, unbelievably the item was still delivered.
When I contacted them I spoke to an older person (I believe Michaels father) he stated there would ‘probably’ be a fee of £35 to pick it back up, but he would ring me back once confirmed....that was 5 days ago!!!
14 phone calls and emails later they will not reply.
These people are having a good old laugh at their customers. I have learned that jokes abound around the place at how thick we all are.....In the clear absence of any investigating authority it remains among ourselves, with the help of sites like Trustpilot to shut this place down!!

Sofas I ordered were cheap and waited about four weeks for them to be delivered which was fine as I wanted them for when I moved house.
Deli every driver asks me for £30 cash to bring them up to my flat on second floor. I refused this as I’ve paid my delivery charge and so I’m not paying anymore. No one else I’ve ordered large items from has asked for cash payments to take them any further!!! Sofas were delivered however I will not be ordering from this company again. Cheap is not always best!!

Don’t purchase from them, customer service was outrageous, delivery drivers attitude was disgusting. We had no confirmation of a delivery date until 15 hours before they delivered it even though we asked for a time as we had to sort work out. Then when we picked a slotted time they rang us an hour and a half before the agreed time and said we had 15 minutes to get there or they were not delivering the sofa. When I emailed the company she apologised but said they couldn’t control what the drivers do or say. Which again I find appalling. When I asked for the complaints procedure and said I wanted to raise one she just kept sending me to the FAQ’s where I couldn’t find anything in regards to complaints and she is blatantly ignoring the fact that I am requesting to raise a complaint.

This entire procedure has been a shambles and I will never buy from this company again.

Fine service and updates until product delivered. Reported that the cushions were sagging after one day that was over a year ago. They kept saying they were waiting to hear back from the Manufacturer but are just ignoring me now. DO NOT USE!
