This stuff is crap. I’ve never even placed an order but they take $20 a month out of my account and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out what’s going on. Sent email but address does not exist I’ve called but never anyone available I’ve left messages and never get call back. I’ve canceled my card and got new one but they still managed to take $20 a month from my account. I’m so pissed about this company whatever the hell it is grrrrr

bought this shirt took 4 months to send that sucked

also ordered this shirt a size bigger than what I usually wear so I could for sure fit it and it was wayyyyy to small

Placed order November 22nd 2021, just received it yesterday January 21st 2022,
Even though they said “free shipping for any order over $200” still didn’t even come to my door didn’t get no updates or nothing but yet I still had to go to post office and pay $71 to get it. Such bs,
Definitely wasn’t excited. Guys are complete clowns now. Can’t even watch their videos just so arrogant.

Absolutely terrible. Placed order on October 4th and did not receive a confirmation or tracking information or anything… sent email asking about tracking December 19th and they send some order number but no tracking. Tried to get status of order December 22nd and got the exact same email (must have been automated). Asked for a refund December 26th as Christmas had already passed so I got another gift. Received nothing back until 2 days later I got a notification that a shipping label had been created. Received my item the next day. Terrible company do not ever buy from them if you expect your items in a timely manner or any customer service whatsoever.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and items still haven’t arrived. So disappointed as the items were suppose to be for Christmas. Also the tracking doesn’t work. I got an email saying that my items shipped 8 days ago but the tracking page says that it is still in Los Angeles. I will never order from them again.

Bought some merch from the last few merch drops, the wait is just expected due to high amount of orders. Everything has come in between 3-5 weeks and I’ve had no problems.

I placed an order spending $400 on merch October 4th and still haven't even recieved a tracking number yet. Sent multiple emails with no response back either. Pretty upset. Either want my merch or my money back!!

Their customer service is absolute s***. They just send out the same old s*** we are sorry for the inconvenience. They are inconclusive with the emails. If you live in the UK I advised don't buy from this website

I asked for a Refund after my order not getting shipped out in over a month(Tracking doesn’t update I guess) and, received my funds. Then 2 weeks later my order came in, after canceling! I got lucky as this was most likely an accident but thank you Boys!!🙏🏻

I am a "Happy Dad"..I always order fullsend bi.monthly..this last round I ordered over 1k in Merch..I haven't got anything yet...my transaction..cleared the bank...has any else experienced the same?

If I could rate 0 stars I would, been almost three months and it's still in Los Angeles. They said a month ago I could get a refund and no one has responded since. What a joke! Never ordering from here again.

(He has not been able to get ahold of them at all in this whole debacle, he said.) The video was reinstated after the appeal went through.

Took 2 months for my order to come and it’s pants I ordered a hoodie such bs.Had to pay 20€ customs aswell just to get the wrong thing

i’ve ordered multiple items from forsend.com and most of them have delivered on time. However, the July 26 drop 2021 has some issues. I ordered a poster that delivered well on time but the two T-shirts I ordered are finally out for delivery after 28 days this is ridiculous I had to contact customer support and shortly after my order was shipped to my state. this was after two weeks of no update just “your order has been placed”..... their delivery time for products is a gamble and you’ll probably end up waiting close to 2 to 3 weeks for anything you buy on their website.

cancelled order, received refund. Had a really good experience with customer service . Today the package arrived with the two hoodies after i’d received the refund. Lucky me! but overall great experience and the quality of the merch is really good!

Haven't received my merch, been over 2 and half weeks and still nothings been shipped

After my package routed to Germany and was lost for 3 months, I finally received it with a $50 fee. This is after I paid for shipping. When I reached out to support they said since I am in Canada there was an added cost- which I understand- however had it not gone to Germany I wouldn’t of paid an extra $50 charge. It’s absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is a joke.

I am having issues with my order and there is no way to contact this company except email. They don't respond.

Stay away from this company at all costs.

I had placed a order for the full send poker set that was released in march and was really looking forward to receiving it , been a big fan of there videos and always wanted to buy something from one of there drops and i did , from the start it was a terrible experience first things first is that for your order to be processed and shipped could take 7-28 days never in my life have i ordered from a company that takes that long to process and ship orders , i had the absolute pleasure of being in contact with “Steven” (not) who just kept feeding me absolute lies about the orders are still being processed or that there is a lot of stock to clear , that this is the biggest amount of merch they have had to clear and USPS is taking high volume of packages which to begin with were easy to believe but as time went on i just knew that it was never going to be fulfilled by the company , I write this review on 22-05-21 a whole 2 months of waiting for them to exonerate there service when i received a email from steven saying my order has been cancelled because the item had sold out! they have not even offered to compensate the wasted time or for the frustration i have had dealing with this company to sweeten it up , i’m not the only bad review they get and the good ones are most definitely hired by the company to write a good review because this service is a absolute mockery , stay away at all means necessary , because at the end of the day we’re funding there lifestyle and they’re just ripping us off , safe to say i will not be watching or ordering from fullsend ever again.
