This is a very ligit site dont trust the reviews they all bots i order 1500$ worth of shirts and they gave me another 500$ worth. only 1 time my shirt dont get shipped and they gave me a 100$ boucher for it.

I placed an order for Christmas on December 15th, and it still hasn't shipped! It's february 16th!

Ordered a t-shirt off of the website and the collar on the t-shirt was cut very wrong, the neck of the t shirt almost looked like a turtle neck on me. Terrible cut quality, most likely made in China. Expected better from this company. Will never order anything again. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES either. Moneygrab company.

This is 100% fraudulent online shop. Ordered 3 items and canceled 2 of them immediately. Got email confirmation about items canceled but they charged my card for all items anyway although they shipped just one. I've been trying to contact them via email without success. They have no customer service at all. These people are completely scammers. Don't even try to buy anything from them. Rip off. Believe in the reviews. Stay away.

Ordered in March..chased delivery. Response was delay in warehouse. Chased again..response is further delays and expect another 5 weeks for despatch...
Chased again this time advising them not to bother and give me a refund...and guess what...NO RESPONSE THIS TIME. FAKE..FRAUD.. Run a Mile...

Shipping to Canada is awful it’s been 2 month that I’m waiting for a fricking t shirt

This company is garbage. They took 6 weeks to ship a tshirt to my son then they ship a small when we ordered a XL and when I email them they basically said I'm beat. Only after I explained I run a YouTube channel that reviews high end clothing brands and my 1.2M subscribers will love to hear about this do they say ok we'll give you a credit. I said ok that works. My son puts in another order for another t-shirt we wait another 4 weeks and low and behold WRONG SIZE AGAIN!!!! This time a 2XL instead of a XL. I've ordered from alot of limited drops and have never had issues like i have with Nelk. Their shipping waits, customer service and the dummys putting together orders all suck..

Have ordered before and its been great, but ordered a shirt 2 months ago from the warehouse sale and that changed. Emailed them twice already and all they said was “we are behind and still processing your order”. 2 months later it still hasn’t been shipped to me. This company sucks. Wont be buying anything else from these frauds.

I am never buying from this company again. Recently, I bought items off of their warehouse sale (3 items) and I only received 2. When I reached out for help, the item was no longer in stock and they offered me a refund on a giftcard. Then, they stopped responding. After a month (and multiple times reaching out prior), I decided to reach out again and no response. This wasn’t the first time Full Send messed up my order.

Worst customer service. Refuses to help even though they are in the wrong. They will ask for pictures but yet still womt fix the issues after you prove you are right. Looking like fraud. Had to do chargebacks on my credit card.

I ordered recently when they had a warehouse sale. Got most of my items and had two items missing. Tried emailing support they answered the first time but stopped replying. I ordered before and everything has been fine up to this point. I tried submitting more tickets but no reply at all. I don’t know if they are understaffed for customer service or they just do not care. This is ridiculous.

I ordered my happy dad hat a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped

I don’t know who is running the logistics department over there at Nelk/Full Send. I placed 2 orders 2 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I was over it and sent emails to have the orders cancelled.They promptly cancelled the orders without an apology. They really need to find out what is going on with the shipping. With the wait time you can tell they are drop shipping. The merch line won’t last much longer if this persists.

Ordered golf stuff to BC canada July 14th still haven't received it... Same as all other reviews. Got the we oversold we will give refund... Now nothing back received a 10$ gift card still nothing back from my 250$ order... Now I gotta goto the bank and retrieve my money I guess..

Going on 5 months ago I made my first order with fullsend, I’ve been emailing back and forth trying to see why it hasn’t showed up. They gave me a $10 voucher and have stopped responding to my emails. Blamed it on the shipping company, once they’ve sent it they take no further responsibility so I’ve essentially been ripped off $550 dollars worth of merch and they don’t care. WAS a massive fan but this is a huge let down and financial loss

Poor effort

Do not order for them. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive months ago and never came. Then to make up for it they send me a $10 gift card which I stupidly used to get another item. The second item never came but they told me it was delivered and refused to help me further even though nothing arrived. Please don't buy anything from them its a scam.

Same as you guys! I just cancelled my order. Kyle is always saying in his videos “you guys are why we do this, without you guys none of this would be possible.” That’s such a lie. They don’t give a crap about us! Otherwise they’d keep us happy by sending out products on time! Not make us wait and screw our orders up.
