Had purshared from the store 3 times. Each time I had great experience with service and comms and even replacement when some damaged items accidently arrived. Would use them again.

Good people, good prices! I will be returning, next time I need some timbers.

Don't judge this company from a few things that went wrong during the height of the pandemic. Judge them over 30+ years of good service and keen prices. Maybe even thank them for staying open during difficult times, even at risk of tarnishing their well-earned reputation! (Of course, it's a bummer if one of their rare mistakes happens to you, and if timing is of the essence, but nonetheless...)

I'm no expert, but I did my research online before spending me spondoolies, and talking to locals who know "the trade"; all roads led to Fulham Timber!

Whilst clearly very busy, Jonathan was patient, helpful and courteous with me in arranging my long cuts (we communicated through a combination of email and telephone, as appropriate). & I even managed to sneak in free delivery (as they offered, to my surprise, on my relatively small order, which was not urgent for me, and possibly/ hopefully en route for their other deliveries).

So, shivver me timbers, next time I need to arrange some "walking of the plank", I'll surely be back. ;)

Bespoke items made on demand at almost the same price as off the shelf items and delivererd in a speedy time.

This company is so good and I use them all the time. I’m a builder contractor and I would only use them. I totally recommend - customer service is also great +++++💯💯

Great service. We deal a lot with the Purley way branch. The cutting service is great, very quick and always offer very competitive prices. Jonathan, Jackie and Ben always very helpful as are the rest of the guys at the branch. We have timber run up by the mill at colliers wood on a regular basis and they always delivery on time and to a good standard.
