Absolute terrible service.
Sent a request of what we needed. I was given a dedicated account manager. I was informed the items chosen would work for our needs, ie
Security cameras, with wifi and 24volt.
Items turned up, not wifi not 24v and did not work.
Even after we complained, sent them screenshots of conversations I get answer like, would you like the item repaired?
Don't waste your money.....

A big choice of network components, à great list of several descriptions about network architecture...

They literally checked in with me and followed up with the shipping company when they noticed that my items were held up at customs... amazing service.

Der Laden scheint es mit der Lieferzeit nicht sehr genau zu nehmen.
Ich habe am 29.09.23 auf Amazon zwei Faber-Castell Stifte bestellt. Es war schon ungewöhnlich, dass die Lieferzeit 5 Tage betragen sollte. Heutzutage ist das schon lange. Diese Stifte BRAUCHE ich eigentlich dringend und ich hätte sie viel lieber beim örtlichen Händler gekauft, leider hatte er solche dünn schreibenden Stifte nicht. Die Firma gibt keinerlei Auskunft über die Lieferung, es steht nur “verspätet“. Das sehe ich selbst. Wo ist das Problem diese zwei Stifte in einen gepolsterten Briefumschlag zu stecken und mit einer Briefmarke abzuschicken?
Edit 20.01.24 Die Bewertung habe ich abgemildert und von 1 auf 3 Sterne geändert, weil der Händler um seinen Service bemüht ist und auch geantwortet hat.

I've used fs.com for fibre cabling, SFP modules and other items over the years. Everything has worked perfectly, and is far cheaper than OEM or other outlets for the same product.

I'm going to keep this simple. I have had dealings with FS for a number of years. Despite the 12 hr time zone difference, and sometimes an issue with Chinese to English wording, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with them since the pandemic made a mess of everything. The cables and fiber modules I have purchased from them work flawlessly.
