Cassie is absolutely awesome... Never have I had a vendor reach out proactively when they suspected a problem with an order and make it right before I even knew it might be wrong.

My order turned out to be right, but on the mere possibility that the wrong product had been shipped to me, Cassie let me know what might have happened and immediately shipped replacement parts to arrive the following day.

Overall, all of their products are reasonably priced, and when we have inquired about questions, the account managers and engineers have been prompt and accurate. The long warranty period and no maintenance costs are attractive.

FS has been able to continuously exceed my expectations. I use their transceivers, cables, and tools for both personal and professional projects and have yet to have a single unit fail in 3 years.

We have two 10/40 Gbit switches in the data center in a redundant storage configuration and one of the switches had a dead power supply. No problem we thought, it still has warranty. Warranty request made - yes and then went laborious story with FScom. Question from FScom, Did you pull out the power supply and plug it back in? Yes of course we did, we operate this switch in the data center and not at home under the table. Answer FScom, please make a video showing how to unplug the power supply and plug it back in. This is the first time I've asked what the heck is going on. So off to the data center make video, compress, send and wait. But wait, it gets even better. FScom wants, under the pretext that the switch is not broken, that we pull the power supply from the second switch and replace it with the faulty one and you can guess it, this also has to be filmed. Besides, Gbic is also broken and the same should be done with it. So off to the data center again and film everything as desired with the same result. We feel like scoolboys. Compress films again and send it to FScom. Now we finally get a replacement. But it took over a month and what if something else had failed? Who would pay for the additional work with trips to the Datacenter, filming and compressing the movie?
FScom makes good products, but the service is so lousy that we will certainly not buy FScom products again. There are other suppliers who also have the service under control.

On-time and worked flawlessly!

Ordered 5x 10G-LR optics and associated mode matching cables for a 1G-to-10G over OM1 project. All components arrived quickly, were exactly as described and worked flawlessly.

Ich kann fs.com nur empfehlen. Nach meinen Erfahrungen mit diesem Distributor wird man sowohl als gewerblicher als auch privater Abnehmer gleich kompetent beraten.

Ich kenne kaum eine Firma, die so schnell, kompetent und hilfbereit auf Anfragen reagiert. Selbst Sonderwünsche sind kein Problem und werden für einen angemessen (niedrigen) Preis realisiert.

Die Lieferzeiten für Lagerware sind exzellent, auch customized-Produkte sind schnell verfügbar.

Hat man Fragen zu einem Arikel, werden diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit (bei mir innerhalb eines Tages) beantwortet. Zeitgleich kommt ein Lösungsvorschlag, sollte man eine adaptierte Lösung benötigen oder es werden Ersatzartikel vorgeschlagen.
Der Kundensupport ist auch sehr kompetent und man wird nicht mit den üblichen nichtssagenden Floskeln abgespeist.

Von dieser Firma können sich andere Unternehmen eine Dicke Scheibe abschneiden - SO geht Kundenzufriedenheit.
