I bought stuff regularly for Switzerland for a client and after few days, I get a paper for the extra duty which while buying the stuff wasn't confirmed by FS.com & I opened a ticket with them on 5th August and on 20th August I asked them by myself and those people didn't even tried to reply on my ticket for more than 2 weeks and after I chased them, I got a response "Sorry".
Such ugly services they have. I would highly recommend Amazon.com over FS.com to buy the stuff since the delivery policies of Amazon.com are clean and clear. FS simply sucks. I will never buy anything from FS again. Pathetic!!! Worst!!! Illegal Selling !!!! No More FS!!!!!

Warte 3 Monate lang auf meine Bestellung. Support 5 Mal kontaktiert, jedes Mal wurde versprochen, „es wird sich jemand darum kümmern“, „wir werden es der richtigen Abteilung weiterleiten“, „jemand wird sie kontaktieren“. Jetzt möchte ich nur noch meine Bestellungen stornieren, aber das geht natürlich auch nicht, da keiner am Telefon oder E-Mail die dazu notwendigen Rechte besitzt…

Ware die ganze Zeit über auf Lager, k.P. warum (mehrere Bestellungen nie versendet wurden, obwohl Geld bereits abgebucht worden ist…)

EDIT: Wurde nach mehreren Monaten endlich behoben. Kann jetzt endlich normal bestellen. Erst bei einem Paypal Chargeback wurde reagiert. Die Ware selbst ist allerdings einwandfrei.

Je suis très satisfait de la communication avec le service client de fs.com. Ils répondent rapidement et de manière claire à toutes mes questions. De plus, les délais de livraison sont corrects et respectés. Je recommande vivement ce site pour vos achats en matériel optique.

I am extremely satisfied with both the order processing and the delivery. The support from FS is second to none. A support employee picked out the right cable for my needs via chat. However, after I mistakenly ordered a different cable, another employee pointed this out to me and I was able to cancel the order in good time and order the correct cable. Site web agréable avec des articles didactiques. L'expédition de ma commande s'est faite en deux fois sans surcoût pour tenir compte des délais de personnalisation de certains articles.

Nachdem bei einer Online Bestellung eine Position nicht sofort lieferbar war hat sich ohne mein zutun meine persönliche Account Managerin bei mir gemeldet um mit mir Rücksprache darüber zu halten.

Dabei kam auf, dass diese Position nicht meinen Bedürfnissen genügt hätte, und mir wurde stattdessen zu einem anderen Produkt geraten, welches wohlgemerkt keinen Euro mehr Umsatz für FS.com gebracht hat!!

Und das alles als PRIVATKUNDE!!!!
Alleine wegen diesem Service werde ich in Zukunft zuerst bei FS.com schauen!

The Slimline CAT6 'patch' cable which I ordered from FS arrived the next day. Within minutes of removing it from the very secure packaging, I had replaced the excessively long standard 2 metre CAT 5 Ethernet lead which came with my Broadband Router with this very short (2 ft) gem. Very pleased with both the service and product itself.

I purchased 3x S3900-24T4S for an installation at a long-standing client of ours. During the activation of stacking between two switches, we realized that the switches were unstable: they either froze, hindering normal operations, or performed a reboot. We promptly contacted technical support to resolve the bug, and after months, we are left with non-functioning switches in stacking, a dissatisfied client who has requested replacement with products from other manufacturers, and with fs support unable to solve the problem. After numerous remote connections with the support team, we were told that an upgrade would take about 2 months. After our insistence on finding alternative solutions to waiting, they proposed that we pay an additional 21% of the purchase value to get a different model without the aforementioned bug. We consider fs support incompetent and their business policies unacceptable. Not honoring warranties and selling defective products is shameful.

Takes forever to ship, forever to arrive. For $10.00 shipping fee for an item that can fit in the mailbox. Save yourself time and money, shop elsewhere.

I recently discovered FS while searching for herringbone flooring. Not only did they have the item I was looking for but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. I went to the Leicester branch and was pleased with the customer service as they kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Overall, my experience with the store was outstanding, and I can't wait to receive my samples

I don't give it a 0 star because it's not possible... they promise shipping and it doesn't deliver, then they set shipping days, 3 more days go by and it still doesn't ship.

Bonjour, entreprise supposée spécialisée dans les réseaux, je ne demandais pas quelque chose de compliqué, juste un câble fibre optique pour relier ma box sfr au boîtier. J'ai appelé un conseiller commercial qui m'a conseillé un câble soi disant de bonne qualité et il ne fonctionne pas. Il ne doit pas être compatible car le voyant pon de ma box sfr ne s'allume même pas. Comment peut on se considérer comme expert en réseau et ne pas savoir conseiller un câble basique. J'attends un remboursement intégral surtout vu les tarifs. Merci
