Very quick feedback from FS support team.

I ordered a custom configured GPON SFP module and made a typo putting in one of the parameters, the customer support team picked up on my error right away (I only had 11 digits instead of the normal 12 or 16) and emailed me to check. Even though it was a small value order they kept in touch by email throughout the whole process and provided constant status updates. Customer service is just fantastic.

Den Stern nur angeklickt um eine Bewertung abzugeben. Ich habe angeblich nach FS Trading ein neues Handy gekauft das jedoch nach ungefähr 6 Wochen im Gebrauch Rosa Farbschleier im Bild erzeugt hat. Eigentlich hätte ich das Handy selbstverschuldet behandelt und es wäre eine Kerbe im Aluminium Rahmen des Gerätes zu sehen. Das ist mir erst da zur Kenntnis gekommen. Warum soll ich eine Kerbe in einen Handy Aluminium Rahmen schlagen da ich ein NEUWERTIGES Gerät gekauft hatte und Garantie als auch 36 Monate Gewährleistung habe. Der komplette Kommunikationsverlauf über E-Bay brachte überhaupt nichts. Prozessieren gegen solch eine Person sollte man aber der gekaufte Warenwert (Handy) gerechtfertigt das nicht. Ich empfinde FS-Trading als nicht seriös und empfehle jedem Abstand von diesem Händler zu nehmen, was mir da passiert ist kann man nur als Frechheit bezeichnen! Guter Rat meinerseits "FINGER WEG".

I've been using FS for about 6 years , their equipment and fibre/SFP for number of projects , always great service , quick turnaround and dedicated account management which is very very responsive.

highly recommend using FS and their products very quick to learn unlike other vendors , very very competitively priced without compromise on quality or functionality.

I bought SFP+ at 19/9/24 they said it's instant delivery and should be arrive before 25/9/24. after 2 days I saw nothing is moving, it still stuck on not delivered yet. I talk on their chat with an agent they told me I need to wait. after another day I see nothing change and I talked to agent again they said they will forward it to "my manager" who is on my account. I didn't hear from her at all. I contact them again and then just now they told me the money passed but there was a system error somewhere and it stuck even though it says on the system the order was completed and the transaction finished. they couldn't tell this in the first day??? now they told me they will forward it to the manager and only she can cancel the order.... which she didn't reply to the emails, to the forward emails they sent her or the 3 tickets I opened on their site for 6 days. so today I called them to their number and she said she will able to cancel the order and I can make a new one. she said the cancellation of the order will shown after 24 hr. so for now I made a new order this time using Paypal instead credit card, so if there is something happening again it would be easier to get refund and not to wait for them, also if I won't get the refund from them to my credit card as suggested after 3 days then I will get really mad and this company would marked as scammers and the worst customer service. if there will be issue with the credit card I would do chargeback calling the credit card company and saying the company said they would cancel as I have the call recorded and the chats on my email. they have last chance to fix all their mistakes.

Amazing customer support and especially the account manager is always there to assist. Very competitive pricing and variatey of products.
My only recomendation would be to add an option to the website so that a business account is able to send invoices to different email addresses based on the billing address. At the moment all billing addresses send invoices to a common email address, and any change to that can only be done manually via the account manager.

The account manager assigned to me has been excellent in assisting with selecting the products I need and clarifying stock and shipping information. I knew what I wanted to achieve but did not know the best products to achieve it, and my account manager took my requirements and pointed me to the products I needed. Purchased, installed, working perfectly!

Straight forward ordering process and goods arrived next day! What more do you want.

FX Box it's a great products

Ordered 75 fan out kits. This fan out kit does not work on American lose tube fiber without cutting and modifying it. Even then it moves. Fan out kit will not snap down and hold the fiber properly. Tried to return the products that are still new in packaging and they said "per our return policy they are not returnable". Never buying here again.
