Able to purchase and receive a product for the first time coming out of the country was so exceptional to me.

I placed an order several weeks ago and it has never arrived. The expected delivery date was 29 April 2026 — it has now passed with no sign of my package.

When I try to track my parcel using the tracking number they provided (LZ398222342CN, China Post), the link goes to a page that says "This site can't be reached." There is no way to contact a real person. No phone number, no live chat, no human support — just automated responses that lead nowhere.

This is not acceptable. I paid for a product and received nothing — not even basic communication about what happened to my order. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Frugo to think twice. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

Was worried about ordering from Fruugo but it was while worth the wait. Needed a remote for my blu ray player. Works like a bomb very happy with it. Took around 20 days to arrive but I’m very happy with it. 😎😎

The order was handled and delivered very efficiently, however, the product is fake. I received the product yesterday and opened the bottle and decided to check before using if it was authentic. I discovered that the label of ALL Ordinary products have a double label which have wiring underneath when you peel the top label. The 2 Ordinary products I received do not have a double label which means they are not authentic. So I don’t know what iI will be putting on my hair, it can be just water or something that will damage my scalp. How do I get my money back

Fruugo operates like a scam business. Zero response to communications. And purposely hides any direct contact info. Customers are left to fend for themselves, after payment is speedily taken.

The process from finding the product to placing an order right up to delivery of my parcel was a breeze.

They can do with some improvement with delivery speed.

My order came exactly as it is and am happy with it, but am not happy with the delivery service,it came post dates.

There is no transparency on the delivery process. I only got one status on the 13th of April 2026, that Shipping information received. Till today which is the last day of the expected delivery date.
Their help channels are impossible to convince that they can help.

Undated to 2 because they refunded me, but it is time waisting to make one wait this long to only say the parcel was lost in transportation.

Always received what I ordered.
Sometimes takes long especially if stopped by customs.
