Fruugo is a total disaster
Fruugo is a total disaster. They don’t have a proper tracking system like other online shops which shows where your parcel is. The automated contact e mail is never responded to. The moment they got my money they told me “your parcel has been shipped by Glamyourskin from Greece. Your order 230659592 is on its way and can not be changed” and that it’s expected arrival was 27th April 2026! then they started sending me confusing messages which you can’t even respond to. Each message says… “Reply by writing above this line” When you respond nothing happens apart from confusing and conflicting short messages! With Alibaba and Amazon the moment you get your tracking number you paste it in the tracing system and they show you where your order is! Not Fruugo!

Order not delivered, no tracking update
I ordered my shoes on 22nd April, the delivery date at the time of order on their website was today 18th May. However, the tracking was last updated on 2nd May, saying "Departure from outward office of exchange-Guanghzhou". No further update, not sure if my shoes even left China or not. This is so frustrating and I will never make a purchase from Fruugo again.

Three makita battery orders and 3 months down the lane and still no batteries. Why is the batteries still on the product list on Google search of Fruugo if it is not available. This leave me with a very bad taste for the brand name Fruugo.

Still not sure if I'll shop here again, because it took a review for them to pay attention. I believe Fruugo should pay attention from the beginning and not leave all communication between the client and the retailer, they should also be active in the enquiries chat.
