I ordered the items weeks ago
I ordered the items weeks ago, just got notified that they just shipped the parcel now. Nowhere was it mentioned that it takes three months for a simple delivery that should take a few weeks.

Item not delivered
I placed an order in January that was never delivered. Fruugo should be avoided because it is run by AI bots that cant be contacted.

Communication - I was kept up to date with the movement of my parcel.The only issue I had was someone else in my company signed for my parcel even though the courier sent me an OTP.
I would suggest that you inform your courier to communicate better with the client.A phone call upon delivery will be a great way to communicate with the client.

My shipment only arrived 3 months after…
My shipment only arrived 3 months after ordering, it was not in time for use and is now sitting on a shelf. I find Fruugo difficult to comunicate with after ordering. Will never buy from them again.

I paid a large sum for an alleged…
I paid a large sum for an alleged counterfeit Lacoste sweater. This is Chinese with a Lacoste emblem…lol. I have bought from Lacoste before and I know what their inside labelling looks like No harm in trying, won’t be caught again. Communication and shipping was accurate.
