And if the cust say you too etc. Then it will say one moment to speak with an advocate. We already spoke and ended the call so I wish we could stop that part of answering the customer after I've ended the call.
Time Saver of the Ages
Can't believe I didn't know about this platform sooner. I've worked in several industries where you deal with high volumes of calls and this is the best program I've ever used. Doesn't matter if you have more experience with Outlook or Gmail, this is the best of both worlds and on steroids.

I just love Front
I just love Front! It has so many tools to make your work easier such as tagging, assing e-mails to coworkers without having to resend them, snoozing e-mails to determine hours to avoid missing anything, team inboxes, and rules.
An essential tool for our company.
Our company runs on Front.
Every team member at our company has a Front login, which helps to keep everyone on the same page.
As a fully remote company, with teammates based in several different time zones, I couldn’t imagine trying to run our operation with everyone using Gmail or Outlook.
Collaborative email is the future, and Front is far and away the best option.
Life changing tool
It has been such a discovery for me and never has e-mailing my clients and managing my e-mails been so easy / intuitive / smooth.
I always had issues with other e-mailing tools which didn't make sense for me (the thread would get so confusing when fwd e-mails to many team members - almost impossible to understand, etc).
Now everything is organic and I can collaborate with my team and colleagues easier by tagging them on e-mails as they come.

The collaboration and communications integrations in Front are pretty amazing! Some of the best I've ever used and they are a huge help at work.
No issues with front
No issues with front. Easy to use and has alot of helpful tags and features. Sometimes emails will duplicate or won't allow me to send a short email with a notification saying it is too large to send.
