Pasted text formatting can be a headache
I do a lot of copy/pasting text from other places to Front. The formatting can be very time-consuming at times. Other than that I love the tool

Easy to use and great features
Conversation mode makes us :(
Overall we've had a great experience with Front. It has helped us streamline our process. The only issue we've really seen is with group emails, when we send out emails to a large amount of users it forces it into "conversation" mode which means all emails are aggregated into one thread. So it makes it difficult to follow the separate conversations. For reference- we send emails to large amounts of users on BCC. So it's one email to a bunch of individual people who will individually respond.
great for team work, hard to organize completed work
I really like the overall look of Front. Being able to share inboxes with your team so seamlessly and collaborate on the same email is great. I wish there was a thesaurus function. I cannot figure out how to delete drafts out of the draft folder when I do not want to send the email. Archiving all completed emails doesn't really organize them all that well. When I create a new folder for specific types of emails that have already been completed, it always shows the number of emails in the folder which makes me feel like I still need to work on them. I just want to save them all in the same place so I can easily come back to them if and when I need to.
Training my eyes where to look
I do like all the functionality Front has to offer. But it still takes a great deal of time to get used to what I'm looking at and what I need to look at. After sooo many years with one product, my eyes are very trained to look in a specific place especially in stressful or high-visibility conversations. I'm learning to say, I'll find that can follow up. But Front does offer great functionality with the tags and the ability to chat about an email thread. It's just so visual different and it's taking time to get the eyes to look in just the right places for critical information. Thank you for asking.
