Utterly useless sales people and product
Utterly useless sales people who don’t know what they’re talking about and won’t give you a demo until you sign up for the entire year to a platform that you don’t know anything about. Half of the screenshots on their website aren’t real - the Platform hasn’t got the functionality they claim it to have.

I've had nothing but problems with…
I've had nothing but problems with Front. It doesn't connect to things it should, when you reach out to customer service you get flicked help articles that don't relate to the issue. I've been bounced around 5 support workers and none of them really want to solve the problem. Doesn't connect to FB chat, the chat tool is really bad and useless, either spamming your inbox or not working. So annoyed will likely have to migrate to another platform.

A complete scam and misrepresented what they offer. Applied thru their website and they sent me an email offering a pittance amount. They advertise immediate approval and the email then states can take 24hrs for approval. I then get an email several days later stating they need more info and could not move forward. I decided to scratch attempting business with them at that point. A few days AFTER the last contact, I get a charge for 14.99 out of my account for doing business with them. Except, no business was completed. They aren't refunding me as I requested and am contacting several agencies to report their misleading and fake practices. They are purely predatory.
Does not work as advertised
Does not work as advertised. Constantly losing connections which causes us to miss emails/ messages. Customer care representative having preferred pronouns in their email signature signals they are more focused on political posturing than making a functional product. They have not fixed any issues with the app, but keep pushing AI add one. It's expensive and doesn't work. Won't refund.
Overpriced and poor service
WE have been a Front customer for a number of years. This year we were forced to "upgrade" from our legacy plan which has resulted in our annual cost more than doubling and losing functionality. When raised with customer service we were told that the only way to get the functionality we already had back we would have to pay even more! Now we are trying to downgrade but as we downgraded 3 days after our subscription year ended we can't. Front.com is not worth the money and the service is disappointing at best.
Front is terrible
Front is terrible. It lacks the basic functionality that Outlook provides. You are no longer able to pin or tag, use folders or find related emails at the click of a button. You have to be very careful with the "conversation" structure of Front if you deal with proprietary information. I am eager to get back to Outlook

Our company has been using Front for a year. We signed the contract after being told some simple and important integrations, like whatsapp, will be added in the future. Of course, now that it's the future, Front is saying that our Growth plan is no longer the actual growth plan...it's a legacy growth plan and to receive these simple features our plan will go up 20% in cost. Avoid this company, now we have to go through the painful process of looking for alternatives.
Been using Front for a month now
Been using Front for a month now, exactly what we needed, an easy to use intuitive interface with lots of features. We use it as a Team Inbox for all our e-commerce email addressed in one place. Support is also super fast and friendly. Hopefully Trustpilot does not remove this review as they have others I have genuinely left
ATTENTION. Quit a paid subscribtion and all access&data is lost.
Once you quit a paid subscribtion (overpriced) you can´t login anymore. There is no free plan even for that.
All is gone and now im being forced to pay a subscribtion, just to access front invoices, past emails and files.
I´m happy to remove this Review, once i can login for free to access at least my mailing history and the files.
I couldn't be happier
I couldn't be happier with their service. The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly and efficient, making it a breeze to manage my mail. Whether it's sorting, forwarding, or organizing, this platform has simplified my life in so many ways. They have an exceptional customer service too.

The software is very nice when you use the most expensive scale package from 99 euro per month per seat. Below that there will be issues with ruling. The company is indeed commercial in a strange way. Rule features that belong in every simple ticketsystem are only available in the most expensive version. For example it is not possible to combine 2 simple rules 'comes from email' and 'contains keyword' if you can't combine, rules are quite useless.
Extra features/plugins are extremely expensive. And the company works with a signed contract for 1 year and let you pay per year. These too commercial things give me the unpleasant feeling to give this company a 3 star rating. The rest of the software is working well. And it looks much better then alternatives as freshdesk.

Greedy company as other have mentioned. We cancelled the service after 1 week of usage and removed all our users, the following month we were still charged $86.
We have filed a dispute with our bank.
Aside from that the software works, but you're prompted to upgrade to 'Enterprise' to access even some basic features.
Poor customer support, and willing to charge you for nothing.
Loosing costumers and messages
Terrible customer service,
I have been using this platform for a few months and still losing MANY messages from customers,
(something I have never had to deal with while using alternative platforms)
It seems that the most basic feature and the need to be able to get messages from your clients is too much to ask here.
I have opened too many tickets and asked them to help me and have a zoom meeting or remote help - it is not something they even consider.
DIS-recommendation.
DONT TRUST...The worst and greediest company....
By far the worst and greediest company I've ever dealt with, after downsizing due to financial problems. They would give no leeway on a temporary reduction in payments.
Our contract was originally for 7 but then grew to 34 members, when asking to downsize to the initial contact (no lower) they insisted we had another 2 quarterly payments before we could do so costing us an additional £8,000!!
DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS ONLY HOW MUCH £££ THEY CAN GET FROM YOU!

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Fronts’ effect is similar to replacing our in-house Jabber with Slack, back in the days. Front liberates communication and unfolds unseen ways of collaboration within a single hosted conversation.

Horrid customer service
Horrid customer service. Bad business practices and a very average service at best if you don't count all the negatives. Not to mention their recent rampage of cancelling the services they provide with ZERO notice because they don't like the political views of the people who use their products. Great way to run a business, into the ground at least.
very unreliable service
I thought they could provide a decent service and then without warning they just stopped my email and caused damage to my company. Terrible way to do business, they can not be trusted in my opinion. An email service provider needs to be reliable and Front is not.
Had a demo meeting arranged for…
Had a demo meeting arranged for yesterday - the rep cancelled 5 minutes before. Rearranged another call for 10am today and he hasn't called.
Will be moving forward with a competitor who actually bothers to show up to the introductory meetings. It is a shame as this could have been a pretty big contract for Front.
