Send me defective product and refuses to refund
I ordered the cheese maker and a juice press for pressing hard cheeses and both took a lot time to arrive. When they did, the $700 machine was defective. I tried to call for support but none exists. I used their AI chatbot which said returns can only be done via email. I wrote several emails with no reply. The basically stole hundreds of dollars from me with nothing to show for it. Ask AI or search engine and you will find that this is the norm for Fromaggio.
