I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas. Received them two days before. Two where great. The one did not resemble the picture. My 3 rd ine came in a small wring size due to computer glitches.
I wanted to exchange for the right size. They said if I send $10.00 . Soo easter I Ordered 5 shirts. Just received them after I stopped payment cause I didnt received them. Which I contacted three times. They never responded. The hime page said it was sent. It wasn't with ine pending .
Just arrived today. One shirt is not kike picture. The others were a lil snug. Got same size as before which fit nicely.
Nit ordering again. They look awesome on the website. Soo disappointed.two of the shirts material is really cheap. I paid for boutique style shirts. $199.00 for 5 shirts. Canceled one and didnt receive one. And stopped payment for not receiving it. Than they sent it two days kater after emailing three times

I ordered the white animal print bunny T-shirt. What I received looks nothing like the advertised picture which appears to have embellishment on the rabbit as well as a pink bow. The fabric is of poor quality and is very cheaply made.I immediately contacted the cherrybetty customer service to initiate a return and representative were able to solve my issue quickly and it was all very easy.

I ordered extra large and items are too small and that's what I normally wear and clothes... I'm trying to contact the company to see how to return and if I don't get help... I will call the TV station considering the complaints this company has... Have you please would reach out anyone... Thanks Barbara

If you could give 0 stars, I would. The product I received was a dollar store replica of the advertised picture. Customer service was ridiculous and refused to refund me more than 1/5 of my purchase price. Paypal is not helping fight for my refund but they did get them to provide me with their Chinese address to return it and hope it is received and then refunded. Disappointing. Im not using Paypal anymore either

I bought 6 items and only 2 are even wearable and only if Iam not goingin public! I also had to open a claim with PayPal for a refund when after 2 months I had no shipping/tracking info; only then did my order get sent.

I would put ZERO stars if I could!! Ordered 3/2, it is now 4/10 and I still haven’t received a thing. It took them over a month to even ship it…..from China 😡. Worst on-line order experience EVER. According to other reviews I’m sure the quality will suck IF I ever get it. Life lesson.

I requested a return to the company in order to start the process on April 4th. It has been 5 days and I still have not received a reply. I won't order anymore of their products since returning is problem.

I ordered four items. It took weeks to get anything, then it was only a partial shipment. What was sent was the cheapest, most poorly made merchandise that barely looked like what was pictured online. It was shocking.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a horrible company. The quality of the clothes is horrible. They misrepresent the clothes in the picture on the website. And if you try to return they either offer you a low fraction of what your paid, or you have to pay almost the price of the clothing to send it back. Avoid at all costs! Don't be fooled by the model pics! The fabric is cheap polyester, like being wrapped in a plastic bag!

This is a scam and should be removed from the internet. I ordered and never recieved my item , requested refund and never received it

The shipping was way too long. After I started inquiring I got a cryptic response that the order was in transit. Then I finally received the two blouses. The material was cheap and atrocious, the sizing was very small - i used them to line my bird cage.

If I could give a zero I would. Fabric is thin and obviously cheap. The pattern is blurry. Stitching is uneven and there are loose threads. And returns are nearly impossible since these are coming from out of the United States. I highly warn anyone to stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 tops-stated they were in CA. After 3 weeks of no items, 5 days later I receive the 2 tops and they are NOT 75% Cotton as described. Extremely small and I sized up and the packaging had Chinese writing all over it. FRAUDULANT COMPANY acting like they are in the U.S and it is not! Called PayPal for a full refund!

The shirt that I purchased was not anything like the picture. Poor quality and not worth the price.

Website glitches so badly it processed my order twice, but didn’t register in my account immediately. When I received part of it, shirt was clearly the wrong size and tag had been cut out. Tried to get a refund for damaged/duplicate order and have gotten nothing but a runaround and an offer for 10% of the value of the order. Worst customer service ever! Such a scam!

I bought 2 blouses from Cherry Betty. The fabric is cheap as well as the inferior quality of the shirts overall and they are very poorly made. These tops are shipped from China and it took about 5 weeks for arrival. Not worth the money and I am very disappointed.

The items took over 30 days to arrive. The items were not like the pictures presented in the ad. The material is thin and see through. The material is cheap and of poor quality. Save yourself some money and DO NOT order from Cherry Betty. It’s a joke and those who promote it should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of money.

This company is a scam. They advertise from California, but really located in China. 2 months later and no blouse. I have sent 17 emails and not reply. I wish I would stop falling for these gorgeous clothing ads on Facebook. They are all fake! $50 in the garbage. If my order ever comes, I'm sure it will be garbage and not what I saw in the videos. Read reviews before you purchase!
