It is at a convenient spot, next ruby park, where many buses are available, also near the lift and many good restaurants. The staff is friendly and the room is comfortable. There is hot-tub outside but I did not get the chance to use. overall, I like it and will choose it again for my next travel.

Great time at Enclave Snowmass. Booking process was very easy and thorough, Elena and Iowa helped us step by step all the way. During our stay, staff was very attentive at all times, they helped with changing towels and getting some things the unit we rented did not have, like oven trays. Also staff helped suggesting other plans that could be made apart from skiing, like renting bikes.

Online booking easy, nice front desk people, great little Inn with super location

The rental was really well maintained and had nice views. Just wish there was more snow to look at. Was a little hard to lug our luggage upstairs but they had mentioned the stairs. Enjoyed our stay - just a suggestion - if you could offer a special service for carrying luggage to the rental - that would be awesome - I'm sure most people would not be apposed to pay extra for that service since there are no elevators.
The mattresses in the bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms updated.

Good communication, helpful on arrival, and arranged transport well. Service/cleaning was excellent. One miss-step was the transport to the airport was apparently booked twice and I was getting called whilst I was in the plane by the second (unneeded) driver looking to take me to the airport.

Frias Properties went over and above my expectations in providing so many helpful services. My condo had a great location, a comfy bed king bed, and all the necessary items to make breakfast and other meals. It was also quiet!

The properties are very well maintained and beautifully presented. We stayed at Roaring Fork, and the location was excellent, with the town just a few minutes’ walk away, which made everything very convenient. During our trip, a snowstorm affected our outbound flights, and Mariya and the team were extremely helpful in arranging an extra night’s stay for us at short notice. Their support and professionalism during a stressful situation were greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay again.

We liked the location close to the gondola, transportation center and the amenities in Aspen. Our condo kitchen was excellent, but the living room needed another lounging chair. Our master bedroom had a difficult to control heating system that was either too hot or too cold and when on, noisy.
