First, the company's premise for helping people find people is Awesome!! That is a word Ellie used when helping me get online with Spareroom. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and displayed great patience with me.

I needed his opinion, input. He gave I wanted his personal input. Appreciated all he said. Gave him my permission to monitor my messages, give me ongoing input. I believe he is honest sincere wants to help me, I ABSOLUTELY WANT FUTURE CONTACT WITH HIM> HOPE HE KEEPS INTOUCH WITH ME> Gave me permission to be comfortable with myself and find the right roomie. They sent a dangerous homeless drug addict wanted by police who made legal problems for me and my neighbours at my home which is meant to be a safe haven because they have no procedures or regulations
Private capitalising landlords use this site so they don't have to follow standard estate agent regulations or pay extortionist fees to get tenants huddled into overcrowded 3 bedroom houses where they do not live in themselves they do not care a dam except for high individual rent
SpareRoom.co.uk do not follow any regulations like openrent.com but are exactly the same worldwide property service therefore they have been reported to trading standards and the property ombudsman uk for breaking standard rules and procedures of a property website reply to me was we do not have to well we will see about that as an adviser said otherwise

I had my room for rent on this site for some time along with Craigslist and I finally just got a roommate from this site a couple of days ago. THANK YOU GOD!! I'm giving it a thumbs up however it took a long time and I re-edited my ad a few times throughout that. It's definitely an app though to place the room for rent and I'm sure people would have quicker luck than I did. Thank you SpareRoom!
