I’m very satisfied with the Frederic St James webshop. I finally got my dream bag! I probably drove customer service crazy with all my questions, but they were always extremely helpful with my order. Special thanks to Abi for all her efforts!

Borsa bellissima e rifinita in maniera impeccabile!!

The product was delayed which was disappointing, but I got full updates on what was happening during the process. I finally received the product and I was very happy, great quality, lovely finishing on the inside and out.

Other peoples reviews were very helpful in choosing the Stranger Messenger bag and I agree with comments made about the excellent quality of the product and the level of communication from Fredric St James. it took a few weeks to arrive but it was well worth waiting for.

Great gift and good leather. Very trendy looking

The quality of the bag turned out to be much better than I expected. I had bought it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it as well. It is stylish, high-quality, and practical.

Time Resistance Leather Doctor's bag is well made, high quality. It arrived well packaged and I am very pleased with it.

I spoke to a lady to ascertain when the leather messenger bag would arrive. She was friendly as well as professional and explained the hand made detail that had to be completed. The bag arrived when expected, extremely well packed and thoroughly protected. The quality is outstandingly beautiful. You can see how much attention to detail has gone into the manufacture. The bag is everything I had hoped for and far more besides. It just ouses first class style and elegance.

Great product. The man pouch is even better than expected. Shipment was fine and because I was not at home I went to get it to a service point where it was very simple to collect the item . Great gift at good price. Thanks

A beautiful bag, excellent quality. It took just under 2 weeks to arrive so if you’re ordering one for a present, you need to be mindful of the time frame required.

I was very pleased with the galsses case and leather balsam. The glasses case is classy and practical, so much so that I have ordered another!

Wonderfully made luggage, perfectly designed. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase of two of these amazing garment bags.
