Received my product within a week of ordering, well within the promised time limit. It was in great condition, made of wonderful materials with visible craftsmanship. A doctors bag to enjoy for many years.

So disappointed with this company. The first jewellery box the lid wouldn’t stay open so a replacement was sent.
It was a special birthday present and only arrived just in time so I didn’t look over it.
The leather is split and they are not going to do anything about it as it’s over their time scale for returns.
I’m so upset about this as it was a special present.
I would not recommend them at all.

Fantastic products, high quality leather bags and messenger bags. The workmanship is impeccable. Their goods are handmade (made to order) so delivery understandably takes a little longer, but worth the wait. Thrilled with my two purchases for Christmas gifts.
