Frederic St James  Anmeldelser

ly purchased two bags from this company. one for me, the other as a gift. They arrived quickly. Both are beautiful bags. Sadly, I returned the gifted bag due to not being suitable. I had questions after ordering and Abi responded promptly, and was extremely helpful, for which I am most grateful. I would not hesitate in recommending Frederic St. James.

This is not my first time purchasing from Frederic St James. Excellent quality and luxurious products. Lasts for a life time.

Very impressed with my briefcase, as ever when buying online you worry if the real thing matches up to how it looks online, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked even better when I saw it.
It’s a really classy bag and a very pleased customer

Lovely high quality bag. Well made and nice unusual design. Great customer service too

I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the item I ordered. The delivery was fast, the packaging excellent and the bag exceptional quality, Highly recommend.

The bag came promptly. It was securely packed. This was a gift for my son and we were delighted that it arrived before he sailed home to the Isle of Man. Beautiful
Leather and seemed well made

The bag came with different zips (lower quality ones than advertised in the photos), which was really disappointing. However, after reaching out to their customer service, Abi kindly resolved the issue for me and I am now satisfied with my experience. The bag is still great and everything was packaged excellently.

Excellent service as before

Great product, very quick and efficient delivery.

Great item. Really good quality. Second time I’ve bought from Frederic St James. Always a very positive experience. Highly recommended seller 🌟

I can’t say anything bad about it. The colour on the website and the actual product is the same, came in a really nice package, the material looks and feels very good, stitching really well done and everything is better than expected. Really happy with the purchase overall

Nice leather product , not cheap, but stitching worked loose within 10 days. Money refunded easily enough but thought that return postage should have been waived since the product was faulty.

This is my second time in purchasing from you, my first bag was admired by so many and that repeated itself when I purchased this bag.The bag has three purposes shoulder, back and hand. Without hesitation I will continue to buy from you take care.

The response from Abi was always prompt and helpful to answer any queries I had.

My bag was delivered in good time with a delivery company that allows pick ups from a local shop, which made life easy. The bag (hitchhikers guide to the galaxy) is well made with plenty of room and is a lovely rich brown exactly as the photo suggests. I can now walk into hotels like I belong instead of being embarrassed with a sports bag.

Extremely well crafted leather bag - the red colour leather stands out. Bought it as a birthday gift for my wife and she’s absolutely loves it. Plus the communications from the team have been very good.

Second handbag of this style really liked first on so decided to reorder in different colour

I didn’t realise the bags are made to order. However it was worth the wait. The quality is exemplary. Thank you…

Excellently packaged. Superb item. Couldn’t be happier with the purchasing experience. This is my second Frederic St James buy, and I doubt it’ll be the last. Highly recommended seller 🌟

I absolutely love the overnight bag. The colour is rich and it is the perfect size for a one or two night stay. Delivery was very fast. Absolutely nothing I can think of to improve on this.
