Freak Athlete Anmeldelser

As a veteran I have some severe combat related injuries on my back requiring physio twice a week now for over 10 years so far (management of injury). My Exercise Physiologist and I discussed this machine and benefits. So I purchased it and wow...it is so easy to use, is very stable andallows me to do a variety of exercises away from physio. I cannot fix my back but I can manage it and this machine is part of that solution. Any assitance from the team has also been very fast and conversational. Awesome purchase.

They were very responsive with a viable solution.

Love there equipment en great service.

So far FA support has been very thorough and prompt in responding. Going back through conversations to make sure they got it right which is very reassuring.

When I reached out to customer service with an issue I was having, they got back to me quickly and efficiently. Easily solving my problem. And just to note, the issue was me and not anything to do with my new ABX bench and Leg Developer attachment, which I absolutely love!

I bought the HyperPro from Freak Athlete, along with all of the attachments a few months ago. As I was looking to buy a new bench, I was happy to learn they would be releasing one. It was all worth the wait and is quite the improvement/upgrade vs the one I had before! The ABX I received was damaged in shipping. The staff at Freak Athlete was very quick to help! This is among the best customer service I have ever seen from a company and I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate to do business with these people, you won't regret it!! A++ experience for me with everything that matters in the end: awesome products and even better customer service!

Great products, fast delivery and rapid and helpful suport

Helpful and responsive in addressing my order !!

Really efficient and Quick

Great customer service. Fast responses. Resolved my problem.

Excellent response time to a question about an upcoming delivery.

Good response about an upcoming heavier duty Hyper Pro at a higher price point

Great Service and fast delivery! I am just waiting for a return device, in order to continue buying other complementary parts, but I believe this company Will manage very quickly, as did for the rest of the service. Very pleased! 👍

He who doesn't do anything doesn't make mistakes. People at FreakAthlete try to understand where they messed up and find/offer solutions.

I placed my order a few days ago and forgot to add the bicep attachment. As many of us know, shipping to Hawaii isn’t cheap. I reached out to ask if it could be added, and not only did they respond quickly, but they’re also shipping it to Hawaii free of charge and even including the sit-up attachment as well.
Mahalo, Freak Athlete!
