I got a ABX bench I didn't see sucha good quality of product for quote a long time. Very solid finish strong and well done.

The customer service was outstanding, they explained to me an issue I had in detail and resolved the issue thoughtfully!

This company has been expedient in their responses to my emails and has mitigated my issue with little to no hassle on my end. They obviously stand by and believe in their products, which I am thoroughly enjoying.

Had questions about the ABX bench build, and got answers a day later that were helpful. Thankful they don't ignore you but actually care to help.

I had a very positive experience with Freak Athlete’s customer support.

During the assembly of my Leg Developer attachment, I discovered that several hardware parts were missing, which prevented me from completing the installation. I contacted support with detailed photos and explanations, and their team responded quickly and professionally.

They acknowledged the issue immediately and arranged for a full replacement hardware pack to be shipped to me, even though it had to come from their US warehouse. Communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process.

They also took the time to clarify my questions about extra parts included with the equipment, which turned out to belong to other attachments.

Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them — and in this case, the support was excellent. I’m very satisfied with how the situation was resolved.

Recently, I needed a replacement hip pad and reached out expecting a typical “out of warranty” response. Instead, their team responded quickly, treated me with total professionalism, and replaced the part without hassle for free, long after my original purchase.Great customer service experience!

A very mixed experience. Ordered in December, delayed delivery, then arrived in 2 separate boxes on 2 separate days in February. All the online notes and assembly instructions say it is “largely assembled”, “arrives in one box” and “takes less than 15 to assemble”. It did not. It need complete assembly, which took a good 90 minutes (after I contacted them and they sent the “2 box assembly instructions” which are not on their website). so beware if that concerns you. As for the bench itself, having put it together, it is very good quality.

Am 16.11.2025 habe ich die ABX Weight Bench mit Zubehör für 799 € bei bestellt. Im Dezember sollte diese geliefert werden. Auf jede E-Mail von mir gibt es eine neu abstruse Geschichte.

Wir liefern nächsten Monat, dann ist unser Lager umgezogen, dann liefern wir spätestens am 13. 02.2026 und nun wurde festgestellt das meine Bestellung fälschlich schon im Dezember als versendet deklariert wurde und deshalb am 12.02.2026 neu aufgenommen wurde und nun der Versand sich auf den März 2026 verzögert, da es ja nun eine neue Bestellung ist.

Meine Bitte die Bestellung zu stornieren und mir das Geld zurückzusenden wird ignoriert. Jetzt muss ich Paypal einschalten.

Drei ganz dicke Daum runter für dieses Geschäftsgebaren 👎 👎 👎 .

I had a question about my order so I emailed the company. Someone got back to me right away with a response. They were knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing customer service experience. Question was answered quickly and thoughtfully. Very happy with the interaction and solidified my decision to do business with this company.

Anytime I had a question I got a response and if I had a problem they had a solution just as quick

I rarely rate companies positively, but their products are awesome and they have an amazing customer service.

Unfortunately, our current housing arrangement didn’t work for the bench I ordered. FA had an incredible customer support team - notably NOT a bot - but humans. They helped take care of me and for that I will absolutely be a customer in the future.

I ordered back in November with an estimated delivery of end of December. It was pushed to end of January. We're in February and no sign. I've contacted support twice and the emails have been ignored.

Beware.

Update 2 - they finally sent the bench. But after all these months only half of it. There should have been two boxes I got 1.

It is possible to connect them. Only email. And that is generally ignored for a few days as they are understaffed I guess.

Update 3 - another day again Freak have provided no information. Wait for 4 months. Get half a bench. They have no clue whats going on and are doing nothing to rectify.,

Do not reward companies that do not provide any communication after their errors with you custom. There are lots off equivalent benches out there.
