After inquiring whether I could get the sale price, I was pleasantly surprised with an email from a team member telling me I absolutely would get $100 credited to my account. Amazing Product, Stellar Support
Product is amazing and their support is even better. After owning the Hyper Pro for over a year I ran into an issue which, when I contacted support, were quick in their response and resolved the issue swiftly. Will come back for other products just based on the level of support I’ve received. Thank you

A part was broken in transit and also something was missing. That wasn’t a great start but when i followed up with them they sorted it out for me quickly.

Really enjoying to Hyper Pro
Really enjoying to Hyper Pro. Had an issue that I caused with the Nordic Pad when I opened the box it came in. FA responded right away and shipped me another. I think this equipment was the missing piece in my home gym.

They send out previously opened boxes with missing parts.
Ordered two items. Both boxes had been opened, parts taken out, and resealed before getting sent to me. One box was the wrong item entirely. Wrote email to support 5 days ago, they haven't gotten back to me. Seems like a scam, and won't be going anywhere near their new items until they can find a reliable distribution partner in Australia.

There was some damage to one of the pads during shipping. They immediately replied to my email and got me a replacement pad ASAP. Great communication throughout.

The Hyper pro is a great machine for the price, but has begun rusting in a critical place after only a few years. I have been trying to contact customer service several times regarding the issue during the last 6 months, but no response. But I do get a lot of advertisement emails regarding their new products. However given this level of customer service, I can't recommend purchasing more products from Freak Athlete.
